there is a few hours of story, but it ends with a huge cliffhanger so if you don't want to be blueballed for the next update maybe wait for it first hehe

it's not your typical generate ai and paste result. the effort the dev puts in is obvious, especially in the later episodes as they've gotten better, imo. dev should probably rework the intro stuff because it's not representative of the quality later on.
this has been shared a couple of times in this thread, but check this:


he puts in the work where it's needed.
I have been trying to get him to rework the early stuff. most of the other devs that started at around the same time did this already. I think it would really benefit the game, because the first impression matters.

I'm not denying that great effort was put into making this game. Art aside making a game from scratch probably took a lot of work. It's just the fact that the glossy AI art style is kind of off-putting to a lot of people. (And there's the group of whiney moralists who just refuse to touch anything remotely relating to AI)

I feel like Moonripple, Shadows of Ambition, My New Girlfriend and College of Mysteria are all created by the same person (group). I mean, they all had releases happening pretty much each month, until late June, early July where they all seemed to slow down.
Not to mention a few of those games have DLC add-on's.

Meh, I disagree. Chapters 1-4 were great with 4 being the best of them all. Chapter 5 was a let down and the worst out of the 5. BCG tried to do too much in this chapter with Mama Esme, the church, the shop girl, redhead witch, the boat, the dolphins, and what really hurt this chapter, the unwieldy use of cell phones to tell the story of what happened with the two couples. Chapters 1-4 have a great plot flow and world building but 5 just sticks out as unwieldy.

I still think that BCG is the best developer out there so lets hope he gets back on track with chapter 6.

Yeah I got what you mean.It's not that the last update was bad, only it felt like in a hurry when MC had to go from one place to another in short time.. it felt like the update will end any moment there hahaha...

Beside that I think the cell phone was a good adition, BCG always surprise us with the updates

The 5th chapter is packed but I don't see it as a bad thing.

As for the cell phone, I can say that prolly it was not a good idea to have two sex scenes playing out concurrently - one IRL and one on the phone. Having to constantly switch between them you lose focus and can't fully immerse into any of them. I later played the same scene with only Anon getting action and it felt better that way - I could fully concentrate on Cee, picturing the scene in my imagination, it felt more real, immersive.

I think it'd be better if the sharing scenes of the two couples followed one another instead of being simultanious - but I wouldn't call it a serious flaw. Just a point for improvement.
