In short - the game isn't bad, there's just not a lot to it, and most of it is time-wasting busywork. Unless you are solely turned on by having to navigate with awkward controls while bound, there's nothing here for you.
In long:
Looks-wise... well, there's screenshots up already. Looks about as advertised. It's competent but not exceptional. Not sure if these are all pre-made assets (more than likely are, but that alone isn't bad) but regardless, there's no ugly mismatches or anything. There's some player customisation, allowing you to change the colour/opacity/existence of the MC's bra and panties, as well as the colour of her hair, gag, and ropes, and type of gag. You also have a couple of breast size options (big, medium, and kinda medium but wider) which I appreciated because I just don't get the "giant boobs" thing. It gave my PC (a now 5-ish years old gaming rig with minor upgrades and a dislike of hot weather) a little bit of a work out but nothing serious. I may just need to clear out my vents.
Sound-wise, the woman grunts quite a bit (but not all that erotically), and there's some vaguely twangy espionage-y music in the background. Also, a phone ringtone that alerts you to where the knife you need to pick up is (more on that later). It's irritating. That said, I do appreciate that the dev put in a visual indicator for this too; useful for the hearing impaired/people without good directional sound/etc.
Story-wise... there is no story, basically. Three pictures without text. Some women come by your motel and hold you at gunpoint. Then you are in bondage at the start of the level. You find the knife and that's it. There is no ending. No celebration over getting free. No loss scenes. No post-credits. Nothing for winning.
Gameplay... well, I actually do like what's here. No, really. The game does have an awkward control scheme (you're bound, so have to jump everywhere) but it doesn't take long to get used to how it handles. Jumping in neutral makes the girl jump to face where the camera is pointing. Can jump forwards best, as well as a bit backwards and side-to-side. It does convey the restricted feeling well, without being as wild and random as their last game.
The game gets gradually harder with additional levels: Reducing the knife-direction indicator to a limited-use hint (then removing it), adding a "keycard" mechanic so you have to hop between the office and rooms with a keycard to unlock them, blindfolding the PC and making you rely on your memory of the map, with only a metre of so vision around you in wireframe black-and-white, and combining the lot of these. I like the increasing challenge, but toward the end of the game, it gets tedious.
My main problem with the game is that the above gameplay is all there is. Again, there is no way to lose. You don't get a reward for winning, beyond unlocking another level. You don't have to deal with enemies. Your bondage doesn't vary. There's no traps. There's no risk, no peril, no excitement. You don't have to worry about being spotted by anyone, or trying to fight against a sex toy, or risk falling over, or otherwise losing. You just play the level, dealing with whatever restriction is put on you this time. It's lacking stuff to make playing it interesting - some challenge that isn't just map knowledge and perseverance.
Did not notice any bugs. Nearest to that was a panel on the motel side which has a filename on it instead of whatever image is supposed to be there.
Overall - this is a nice base for a more involved game, but as it is, I don't think it's worth playing. Even if you REALLY like bondage, there's just not much to do.
