honestly its the worst kind of ntr tropes, not even saved by the fact chad is a woman. mc is a fungus in human form, everything that happens in his life happens because his childhood friend literally drags him to do it, and without her influence his only goal in life is to crawl into a damp corner of his bedroom and grow roots. every supporting character has two orgasms and this rewrites their entire personality and moral code. chad is a hypercompetant sex god who is also infinitely rich and a master of every skill and rolls nat 20s on every luck check in life, and chooses to spend years of their life fucking over mc in particular.
I would recommend this game only for people who are interested in the female dominant/male submissive, humiliation elements of it.
