Yes, that's what I'm planning from the selfie-sending stuff. So for example, one day Lucy is going shopping, and she sends images of her doing exhibitionist things but James notices a male employee peeking in the background. Then James can decide to tell her to leave or tease the employee, maybe leading to her getting fucked.

It resets per route, except if it's a continuation like Willy's route which is a branch of Ron's route. Or model to pornstar or something like that.
