How can people not get pregnant in hazumi and pregnation lol? You just have a ton of sex on dangerous days and that's it. Or just sleep until the next dangerous day and go again. When fertilization happens you just go bath a lot but even without that getting pregnant is easy.

I love the pregnancy tag and hope this list continues to expand, I would love to also add too so erm maybe Ravager plenty of girls, nearly all of them are impregnatable, does lack in the ability to reimpregnated most of them but it's story and worldbuilding make up for that. All characters (That I can recall) aside from one have pregnant sex scenes. Still one of the best games I have found on this site by far, even if it isn't the best Pregnancy game on here, still enough pregnancy to warrant the mention here.

As a side, I'm sad there isn't more Mpreg games on the list or feminization into impregnation(Or from impregnation, though both of these are a long time hunt of mine that is still ongoing...) Hopefully we can see some more Mpreg pop up on the list especially Futa X Male Mpreg.

trick to games like that where the grinding is annoying is to find someone who shared there full save, then you can enjoy it for a few faps and move on.

How has no one mentioned Dungeons & Prisoners yet? ...Oh right, the game is practically dead. Still, it's worth mentioning because not only does it feature pregnancy as a mechanic, but also the MC can give birth to so many variations of spawn, thanks to the variety of enemies present.
