Good time of day, Me am Greg, Me Like Preg, so me a connoseur of the pregnant tag. A notably full tag, numbering in hundreds of entries, sadly, it's bolstered mainly with games that only have a single cg or animation of a pregnant game over scene, and with all my heart does greg loathe them, loath them, LOATH THEM.

- Dancing reaper - A good platformer where you have hot knockdown sex and get knocked up by monsters, pregnancy does change the sprite and you even lay eggs, 8/10 would reccomend
- Summertime Saga - A harem builder dating sim where you can fuck your mother a new sibling, than fuck her again, sadly the pregnant sex content is still lacking 7/10, is nice
- Corrupted Kingdoms - Each bland anime woman has a single pregnant sex scene. is aight. 5/10
- Four Elements Trainer - a tries bien out of tres bien in terms of pregnant porn content, if you don't mind the fact that they're children you fucking mongrels 10/10
- S.H.E.L.T.E.R. - Now this is a Four elements Trainer but for MEN, EVERY WOMAN can get pregnant there as god intended 11/10 Gregs Coom seal of approval.
- Neko Paradise - it currently has 1 (that's ONE) preggo rump scene, but if we bully the dev enough he will add more, otherwise good game 8/10
- The Last Barbarian - It's a 3d game where you can expand the population of werewolfs and cultists by laying their eggs, belly is a bit small for gregs liking but otherwise 6/10
- Thorn Sin - An up and coming metroidvania that captured gregs heart with a simple proposition - all enemies can get you pregnant. You can fuck while pregnant, and you even give birth to different children depending on the enemy, simply put - 12/10
- Big Long Complex - Dear donald Taco, if you are reading this, please stop fucking around with unity remakes and just update this game, it was PERFECT, ALL IT NEEDED WAS MORE SCENES AND THAT IS IT, IT'S HOT, IT'S READY, PUTA/10 FUCK
- Hole dweller - delightfull sandbox where you fuckle furry girls into hundreds (and in gregs case -billions, greg has issues) of offspring. 10/10 positively throbbing for a sequel
- Size Me up - a broken mess, but a fun broken mess with all the girls being , also shortstacks>lolies in gregs opinion. 6/10
- Total seduction and Warlocks of lust - Greg is lumping these two together because they are both a 9/10 sandbox meet and fuck games. Also greg is a sucker for the flat shaded 3d look for some reason
- Contamination:corrupt queen ass and whatever - You wanna experience reverse michael jackson and have hot pregnant futanari sex in a slow ass rpg? Yeah you do, 7/10
- Nadeko demons ground - breed a loli with monsters if you have nothing better to do. In theory greg should love this game, but he just... doesn't. 4/10
- Orction -0H YEAH BABY, WE'RE SO BACK. Gregnancy Seal of approval, all you do is breed... slaves. Consent or no, give this a go 9/10
- Lisette princess of spring pregnancy - she sure is 5/10 even if it has birth scenes
- Spaceship survivor Todoroki - This one makes greg feel tingly inside 10/10
- Outmanever! NN pickup Beach - Grotesque women want your child and each one has 2 big belly (that's somehow still smaller than their tits) sex scenes and 1 birth scene, pretty nice 8/10
- Monster Black Market - Greg has a very healthy and normal obesssion with a sandbox about monster breeding that has graphic birth scenes and hot pregnant sex. 12/10
- Absolute POWAH corruption - There is pregnant sex, some of it even happens with your mother. 7/10
- EP battle Girl and EP Hero Youth - Lumping both these in because the sex scenes are many and good, Hero Youth is slightly better, but both are 9/10
- Giant Insect Research Institute -it's is simple, we uhh, fuck the bugs, to have more bugs. Greg is a trained professional in that, 6/10
- Descendands of the forest - a gem in the rough cut short by it's novelty. 12/10 great sandbox and the FIRST GAME ON THIS LIST TO FEATURE MALE PREGNANCY, GOOD HEAVENS ,FINALLY.
- Hell after school 2:bugfuck boogaloo -another pre-alpha entry, so far it's great, you can be pregnant AND a futa, so no complaints from greg 8/10
- How to build an elven village - good news - you can have hot pregnant action with all the girls, bad news - they all have the same set of animations 6/10
- Hazumi and Pregnation -when you do finally get her knocked up the scenes are good, but getting there is a slog 5/10
- Custom Tamago - this feat of gamedev astounds greg, Very good spritework for CUSTOMIZABLE girls that you can and will knock up. only missing thing is an egg lay animation really, 10/10
