I can play the video directly in the file hosting app, so this is something on your end.... but you might need to get a player that can handle hevc encoded videos.

Windows player does not like hevc encoded videos because they need a special codec.

Took it's sweet time with this one... still, not sure what's new, I swear I already had this edited from other bits of WIP animations and there is nothing new in this "almost full" version, last part is new and that's it?

It's broken for me as well, and my device isn't old, might be that VLC or whatever they're using to run it on is able to get around whatever is wrong with it.
Another site where someone seems to have uploaded their downsized video, also only shows audio and no video

AV1 Conversion. Came out the same size as the HEVC posted in the last page. 180 MB.

RF Quality:32
Encoder Preset: 1
Encoder Tune:VQ
Audio: AAC Pass thru
The compression is pretty low given that the video is 4K. I probably could've done RF Quality 35 with no issue. So I think its a good trade off on compression and quality.
When people don't read... or is one of the best video compression methods really that obscure to people?

My device has built in HEVC support and yes it can play with VLC and MPV, I know that already, just saying that for some reason sites like GoFile and the other one weren't able to, and they can run HEVC video without issue from what I've seen, I'm especially sure for the other site, so there is some issue with this.
Also the AV1 video doesn't have issues like that, and that's a newer codec.

A) What player are you using?
B) Its 100% on your end because I downloaded it on another device and it worked fine and it works fine in the gofile player.
C) AV1 may be newer, but it also has hardware compatibility issue from what I know. Both have similar size reductions and Visual quality; However, HEVC is faster and holds a larger market share, thus more popular.

I don’t understand all these issues, it’s works both for windows movie player which is standard and the photos app on my iphone.
Okay sorry, I'll just clarify a bit better.
It works with the built in gallery app, VLC and MPV without issue, I was just saying that I agree that the video has some issues when running on GoFile and the other site for some reason even though they can run other HEVC videos without issue.
The AV1 video didn't have an issue when trying to run on GoFile, which is odd since if anything, youd expect it to be the other way around, since HEVC is pretty damn old at this point, and like I said, other videos made with HEVC are able to run on those sites.
