I’m saying lol, this has been said many times but he’s not the first artist to get pirated and he also chose to make a long tatsumaki project, no one else but him decided to keep doing it.
I know I am not in position to say anything considering we are in a pirate website, BUT THERE IS PEOPLE WHO DONT DO THIS AND HE IS BEING AN ASSHOLE TO THEM! That speaks more about him than any of us. He could do more to protect his work while also honoring his followers but alas, he’s the way he is. By the way how is the 2x engagement going?

his shit got pirated and leaked, too bad it happens to everyone, acting in his words "vindictive" isn't going to make people want to support him even harder, if anything it will just make people want to leak his shit way more because being an arrogant spiteful prick towards those who give you money is frowned upon in almost every field

I think my favorite part about this Tatsumaki animation being soured for ploxy is the fact that he says some shit like "Now that I'm free from this project" as if it wasn't him who wanted this the absolute most. He CONSTANTLY wanted to push his fans to support his absurd goal to make this animation and now he acts like it was his fans fault hes in such a sour mood over it. Brother, you chose this project, you pushed for this project for years, and now you're acting like this whole thing was a burden you did for your supporters and not for yourself. It is like clockwork every time he gets upset over an animation he took a vote for and pitched.
Exactly. Like once again, I understand being upset at leaks, anyone would be, but HOW he responded was the deal breaker. He acted as some form of petty celebration while pretty much spitting in the face of everyone by saying part 2 is not going to be done. The way he spoke on this whole dumpster fire drama was always passive-agressive to aggressive TO ANYONE, not just the leakers.
I would happily rather commission an tatsumaki animation to any other artist like stickyspoodge than him ever again.

People will pirate your stuff. They were never going to give you money. Of those that would have, it would only be a fraction of the pirates anyway. It's like DRM; pirates will get their hands on your shit. You're only inconveniencing the people that were already going to pay.

Exactly, if he for example said something similar to this: 'If you can please support me but if you cant then you are free to pirate' or hell, not even made a statement to begin with he would be far better off than now, but alas,i guess thats the curse of being an artist, becoming a dickhead.
It reminded me of an artist I stumbled on twitter recently and almost at the same top of the posts was one when he talked about piracy. His approach to the topic was SO MUCH better than Ploxy's that Im actually tempted to support them. They talked about how its inevitable, how piracy was and will be a thing not only because people dont want to pay but because sometimes they dont have a WAY to pay so he wants to talk with his community how to make his works better affordable and available for more people and even made a special tier with ALL his works for $1 just to test and check if more people will come to get the works straight from the source instead of some shady sites/people. And on the other hand we have people like Ploxy lmao XD And actually when I think about it its great idea for that symbolic one buck tier. People who wanted to support are already in higher tiers and people who for one or another reason didnt support till now, have the way to support for less than a coffee price and if its like another 500-1000 people then its huge sum.

Funny enough his Tatsumaki post is only around 400k views from that goal he said he would do part 2 at, I’d love to see him eat his words if it actually hits the goal lmao
