I will dismiss Terrence as he does not seem bright enough but Harry knows about different cultures and the black rose does have a meaning,think of Romeo and Juliet forbidden love.
The outfit does seem very casual for work from what we have seen her wear in the past so maybe at home.

The black rose could mean "grief from unrequited love". Who can it be? Probably the daughter who is madly in love with Wanda (Faye, unless I'm mistaken).

Is it blackmail or just some strange love letter/poem?
All she has done is a photo shoot and get dry humped by a student.
Black Rose means, major change or rebirth (mystery and elegance) it also means mourning but, would assume that does not apply to this, so would not think it's blackmail, something she being invited to
Wanda is in a classroom, ... library, school envs. It makes sense that the letter would have a connection to those around her in that environment, her workplace. We could assume either a colleague or a student.
But the black rose? seems sentimental, and the only ones who relate on that level with Wanda are Terrence, as the prime suspect, and, less likely Harry. Or someone as yet unknown.
Anyway, the suspect should be on this list

I like this idea as Janet is setting up Wanda with Vicky
It's at school, if it was one of her kids, they would use the home address, and it would be, IMO, a bit odd, a black rose for her mother. If I had to bet, I'd say the letter writer is a teenager.
Did developer here told before how the story will move on?? or some short view about the story progress? Like it will take this much time to complete teasing and background story and reach to sex?
