It’s really hard to find a more or less worth seeing game with a literary description of the thoughts, appearance of the characters and surroundings - there are thoughts of Wanda and a few moments of description of the poses and emotions of Terrance. That's a good start! 
There is no limit to perfection – the dev has a lot of work to be done - the plot and the logical development of the relationships. If there are only 4 protagonists (Terrance, Faye, Randy and Gene), then much more plot twists and turns can be done. In my opinion, it is better to stick to the strategy: "less is better."I would like to play the game with a feeling that I’m watching a movie or reading a book – the dev should pay attention to character of the characters, focus on their backgrounds, feelings, life problems, develop relationship between these 4 characters and protagonist - step by step, slowly, gradually, savoring every moment of their increasing attraction to each other, reaching a culmination…
The look of Wanda was made carelessly – her model doesn't look at her middle 40, wearing such a ridiculously short skirt to the school full of kids? How can she get respect, power and authority if she dressed so inappropriately for the work? It’s a huge minus for the realism of the plot. But like you said I waiting for "the reasonable explanation".
I have concerns about Terrance - will he become a typical labelled bad guy (for porn games) who corrupts, mocks and sets conditions on Wanda? I don’t want this - there are a lot of games with such female protagonists. Like she didn’t know previously or hide a dark side of herself, and the bad guy had opened the world of lust and sexual pleasure for her, literally turned her into an instinctive female who will bite her own tail for another fuck session. I really hope this VN will be an exception and will not repeat the bad plot of previous games. I'd like to see Terrance challenging Wanda's authority – show his stubbornness, straightforwardness, cockiness; let him to show his pranks (let the frogs out of the biology room, or plant rotten eggs in someone else's locker, or make a joke announcement over the loudspeaker, or pour dry yeast for baking down the drain of the toilet ). Classmates think he’s crazy, a womanizer, the most popular guy in the school, but in fact he is not like that. Terrance was create the look of a bad boy-difficult teenager on purpose, because he wants to get the attention of his parents or Wanda with his tricks, since he has been in love with her for a long time… I'm a hopeless romantic...
The history of Terrance’s family is really important of his background and this would be perfect story arc to Wanda.). Classmates think he’s crazy, a womanizer, the most popular guy in the school, but in fact he is not like that. Terrance was create the look of a bad boy-difficult teenager on purpose, because he wants to get the attention of his parents or Wanda with his tricks, since he has been in love with her for a long time… I'm a hopeless romantic... I can speculate over and over about the plot, but I still have a hope for the prudence and non-triviality of the decisions of the dev.
