your argument makes no sense, you don't have to be a "donating" customer to be defrauded, he felt defrauded because it didn't meet his expectations, it may have certainly met yours, for which you may get your money's worth, whether you tipped the developer or not. If you are implying that only "donating" people have a right to be criticising, then perhaps you're on the wrong platform, cause anyone donating would not comment here, which brings me to the question, if you are a donating customer, what are you doing here?
