Most likely it can be a full-fledged part of a plot.
A love triangle or something for those who will simultaneously follow Faye and Nicole path.
In case of Gene - there will be no "big, love triangle relationships", but there probable may be a way to temporarily include Nicole in Wanda/Gene relationships and have some threesome sex event closer to a game finale somewhere in 2030)

No, the demo comes out very early in the process. Part 2 usually drops about ten days after part 1 if that's what you're thinking of.
According to his patreon:
Beta for v0.11 was released on April 24th. So the date range for the full game release is from May 24th to early June for the lower tiers. There are five tiers to work through the early releases before the public release ranging from 8 days down to 2.
Game probably won't get released here until the lower tiers. Should probably add a week on to the initial release - say first week of June.
It's approximately 10 days after the game is released not 10 days after the demo is released.

Going from the demo to part 1 takes a while. I don't think there's any specific timeframe. Probably another couple months.
