Not sure what the incest patch does, unless I made a choice that caused me to miss it. So far all I got was the MC's kids sucking her tits and her being a pussy about it and throwing a tantrum before it went further with letting the son get her pregnant, or at least try to.

the patch changes the relationship so now Wanda is the mother of Gene/lois/faye and is Nicoles sister.
Strange. Didn't play the unpatched version, but kinda curious what excuse she'd use for her behavior and not wanting to fuck them if they were not even related.

I think that the dev changed his mind and it seems to have changed from guardian to mother now.

Well i mean many people play this game with the vanilla settings (so without the patch), so it's actual step porn at the end of the day for them.
So rather a low morale situation to hook up with the other characters in the household !
Same with her being able to be in a relationship with a student and so on (T).
You either fully commit in the incest trope or the corruption arc, but as we have both possibilities to avoid getting canceled on different platforms, you won't have the slow burn incest trope or someone of either kink enjoyers is going to be pissed.
I mean Faye/Gene are thirsting for Wanda since the beginning without context (okey Gene is into "incest"/Milf porn with the patch, but beside that it doesn't really make sense - same with her model "sister").

At the moment it seems more like you are good by going the Faye and Lois route.

Of course we do, but i was refering to Old Dog comment about not being able to have Faye and Lois on the same save because you could lose out somehow ...

From what i generally understood from reading the devs comments on Boosty and playing the game i can make a conclusion that - Terransite's path completely excludes the involvement of other Denvers family members in his storyline.
So, if Wanda gave herself to Terrance, then neither Faye, neither Lois, neither Nicole, neither Gene will not appear as Wanda's love interest in this walkthrough and thanks to the devs for this because otherwise the volume of crap that can be poured onto this game will be equal to the size of a small mountain.
However, i personaly don't exclude the possibility that devs have a possible scenario in which Terrance invites some of his "friends" into his games with Wanda and does something like a threesome. Optional ofcourse.
Also, in other words, devs writed about a possible scenario in which Wanda/Faye/Nicole could have a romantic relationship with consequences in a single playthrough.
Based on this we can conclude that following Gene's path we could theoretically also have a relationship with Lois in a single playthrough especially if Gene accidentally grabbed her breast in Lois's room and she given him a goodnight kiss after. Perhaps Gene will become closer to Lois after she will have a big quarrel with mom.
Janet also likely excludes all members of the Denvers family from her plot as she already will not include Faye and Gene 100%. That's one of the reasons why she kinda reminds me a softer, feminine version of Terransite.

Thank God, because the whole Terrance path doesn't make sense for a strong women like Wanda ( i understand the dev has to get that dumb student/teacher corruption path with a fmc into the game to get that money, but regarding the story and Wanda's personality being an actual strong women that is not a pushover it doesn't make sense at the end of the day.).
So yeah let's see how this works out after the next updates ...
Terrance may be many things but dumb is not one of them.
