I would say yes as it can help the game reach more people but this game is still very new and it will take time to build up the number of patrons and for word about the game to get a round

Since I'm playing for the first time and I started at the beginning, I wouldn't know where the old content ended and the new began. Plus there are posts here that say old saves won't work, and you should start from the beginning!
