Note that in save file there are also other choices* than just the Terrance route but mostly close to what you asked for moment.
*:Lesbians etc.

Typically ntr or netorare is when one partner cheats on the other, without the other knowing.

Made a compressed Android port of Ms Denvers v0.8.5 with KoGa3's multi mod.
Got some basic gestures loaded in: swipe up for save menu, swipe down to hide UI, swipe left to rollback and swipe right to skip. Save files are now stored in the Documents folder. This sometimes means that you may need to close and re-open the port after installing so the save folder is properly created.
Please let me know if you encounter any issues with the port and I'll see what I can do to get them sorted.

What you described would simply be... cheating. No more, no less.
NTR is when the party being cheated on *knows* the other is doing the nasty with someone else, whether they are onboard with it or not. And if the one being cheated on CONSENTS to said act, then it's a cuckhold situation - and that's anything BUT 'cheating'.
