Wanda does seem to have some doubts about what she has done with the Caveman and she also took Gene skipping school without so much as a harsh word.
So all that is happening to wanda,job/personal life just now is starting to overwhelm her.
Kogas mods are mostly save compatible, never needed a "save fixer" to play without mod.
The problem here is the not available wincest patch, saves made with it are not compatible to the unpatched game

Nice update, but want to share my views on this update, hopefully you will take it positively.
Wanda has a missing sex life but it's not like she not getting attention, she knows in the past few days/events that Harry always had a crush on her, and her kids Faye and Gene also show her what she means to them, Dolly the makeup girl and her sister also show interest in her. Regardless Janet we know what is in her mind. So it's not like she is carving for attention from Tarrance or anyone / or she is not getting any.
In this update Tarrance makes her do whatever he wants to do without any resistance, she comes to talk to him to reduce tension / clear things between them, at least before happening stuff between them, tarrance tries to convince her a little and Wanda resist a little would make this thing more interesting and realistic.

I agree with you, I Feel sorry for the folks paying for this Crap, we are better off watching the Love Boat series, You see more Sex there then in this Game or whatever you call it.

Progression is a lot better in this game than awam and also decent sized updates.
