Well its the patch then.it plays fine for this update but if you are starting again it seems to mess things up.

The photo shoot is definitely blackmail related, but I don't think Faye will be involved. I think Vincent will threaten to release the photos to corrupt Wanda.

I'm afraid that the game already has too many paths and choices, some of which have not even been shown. This can significantly slow down the development, I have already begun to forget about Nicole. We are all waiting for the scene with Janet in the second part, but I will not be surprised if there will be another Terrence's update with the minor appearance of other characters
There should be closure on the three available paths for Terrance. Each one should not take up too time. Of course, the dev could pull the same narrative trick he did with Henry in the previous update and jump forward in time with Wanda recounting how each path ended while in the shower.
Then the bulk of the update will move onto the other characters.
Do wonder how the dev will handle Terrance's subsequent detentions though - he still four more days of detention to serve. Convenient for both of them!

Many people may not like it, but blackmailing Wanda would be very interesting. Vincent is the only person who can do this and even have group sex with Wanda.
