Honestly I'm all for that,, but I say let it cook!

I know I need to temper my expectations but the way the writing has been up to this point, I'm excited about the idea that Wanda is the one having the feelings and is in pursuit of Lois. I'm really hoping that Wanda begins bashfully flirting her way to the bedroom (and maybe a little corrupting along the way? I mean, has Lois ever thought about being with a girl..a woman..her own landlady ). She may need a little inspiration (and plotting ) to get there.

These Patreon porn games are all a scam. Just like paying for cable tv and still having to watch commercials. Just dumb.

1. Start Patreon
2. Develop first chapter, release it, and watch Patreon start to grow.
3. Make sure second release maintains expectations and really sets the scam hook.
4. As consecutive chapters are released time between chapters increases and quality slowly decreases.
5. Ensure sex scenes and corruption of MC are delayed or never happen to keep the dogs salivating.

Months end up becoming a year and a year soon becomes years. Developer states not doing this for the money, life gets in the way, I've been ill, etc, etc, etc. It's the same story or variation of the same story over and over and over again. AWAM, JOHN, Mrs. Denvers, APM, Love Honor Betray, My Brothers Wife. I could name more but it's all the same variations of the same theme.

Who the heck pays for anything before its finished? You don't pay BMW a monthly payment for years while they develop a new car only to receive it years in the future do you? You wouldn't pay for the new Call of Duty for years until its release, would you?

These porn games are fun and when done right can be awesome but don't ever subscribe and pay for anything until it's completed.

I agree that some get into it with that idea in mind. I imagine the majority start as a passion project that eventually turns into a burden and drop off when it becomes a job with customer expectations and complaints. I believe they want to take their project in a certain direction (as AWAM bravely did) and try to survive the consequences (as AWAM may now not) which sucks for everyone while Patreon holds the purse strings.

All we need is a better Patreon to fix the system. Settings for investors to auto pause support should it exceed a specified time frame - devs getting rating system that affects pay-out percentage = devs getting bigger cuts for higher rating, etc. Because crowd funding has its place and most these games (finished or unfinished) wouldn't exist without it.

So to your original point, I slightly disagree. Pop can keep getting my money while quality work in a timely fashion is being demonstrated. As soon as I sense I'm being scammed, I'm out. I wish others would invest with the same care and standards but obviously some can't muster a single fuck to hop online and cancel their memberships...which I guess is why there will always be bottom feeder scammers going after that pot.

I agree with you elsanna_iduna and so far I am happy with his work and updates have been in a timely fashion.
I was a Patron of the other game that you mentioned but I stopped about 2-3 years a go and now I am just waiting for the train wreck ending.

Well the points made are valid, and I felt chatty . The system incentives scammy behavior for sure and maybe his quest to alert the masses may encourage a subscriber or two to rethink their support. But right now I'm holding on to hope that Pop aint like that.

Oh for sure! Lesbian incest needs time to develop that intimacy and I'm all in for the gradual progression along the way but when it happens I'll be more than ready!

Patrons putting forward ideas for the game yea sure but Patrons deciding on how the game should play out NO,as there are too many idiots out there who woud not have a clue what to do if a female lay naked on there bed and begged for it.
So Patrons can offer up suggestions for the story but it should be up to the dev 100% how the story unfolds.
