I mean, everything you listed can be changed a lot simpler in real life than the shape of her boobs. I also know people around her age that have none of what you said either, maybe wrinkling that is just covered by makeup, makeup you wouldn't even notice and therefore think is "no makeup".

It's great you think these boobs are heaven, I see these boobs as belonging to a very genetically gifted 18 year old, and my brain does not compute seeing them on an older looking woman without me getting "surgery" vibes. That's why to me they look fake all of a sudden.
