A young man jumps the fence, is he supposed to be playing basketball around? or did he throw the ball as a reason to jump the fence? No offense, but who cares what you did? Real world logic doesn't need to be applied in fiction, for a narrative to make sense.

Also, Just because something you personally experienced happened, It doesn't mean something entirely different couldn't happen under different circumstances

Now, a decent woman, she behaves the same almost everywhere, in the sense that she does not show her panties to anyone and at any time. And if she does it not next to her house, because there will be the same neighbors around for a long time.
You have children at school, there are interactions with neighbors, and even if the parent doesn't care, children might find themselves in a different situation.

This game is fiction and fantasy my guy. It's more grounded than lots of other VN's, but it's a story nonetheless

That's an oversimplification of the show. The story isn't about a dude pushed too far. It's about a normal guy becoming a bad guy and there are lots of reasons for that, not just the cancer. His bills were paid, he chose to make meth because he enjoyed it. His life was mundane and he was all meek and miserable. Cancer was just the jumping off point

Mrs Denvers is realizing she actually gets really turned on by things she didn't expect. That's not that hard to believe
