Fully agree with you on this, but sadly, that (almost) broke single mom bullshit doesn't make me feel too optimistic about seeing too much logic and believable build up here. As long as everything really is optional and she don't become another brainless cumdump for a quick fap, I'm ok with it, but I also hope that coding won't become a pain in the dev's ass as the story progresses.
