Not to go too far into legislation (this is a porn games site, after all), but to call something a fraud requires proof of a fraudulent transaction, i.e. I paid for something I did not receive. You are free to "criticize" the game based on its content, but unless you actually paid for something, calling it a fraud it's just slander. Might as well go into a marketplace and call every person there frauds as well, no? No need to actually purchase anything, after all, you just "criticize".

Nope, uploader renamed to stop people complaining.
It is still officially listed by the dev on all their sites as v0.09.
As said, I think they just did not add correct version numbers in the code after the beta, as it listed 2 versions numbers in this build, both v0.8.7 and v0.8.75. The contents they list for v0.09 is in this build.
So, do whatever you wish with the naming of the torrent.
