Hi, is there any way to play Atsumaru and freem site web games? And where can I get old versions of Mtool?
Has anyone encountered a problem like me? I use mtool with 光と影のドッペルゲンガー ver.1.01
It's TLed ,but many part or maybe a half of it didn't. And many line has first 3-4 words TLed then other staying JP.

Now, I assume that the program itself is safe and the one I have is an old version (A10U26 based on the folder name). However, Malwarebytes always quarantine something called version.dll from the modded game's folder. It doesn't disable cheating though. Anyone know what that is to be exact?

winmm.dll( for 32bit game) and version.dll (for 64bit game)
Used to inject tools at game start ( in case the game does not run through the tools, or if the tools injection fails )
If you run the game through the tools or through "StartWithTool.bat" and everything works right, you don't need them to be involved, but if you run Game.exe directly then you need them to passively load the tools.
About antivirus software, I can only say that it's a stupid thing.
It doesn't actually do anything positive.
When a new virus comes out it is definitely not detected by the antivirus.
Thing like that can only bring troubles.
Has anyone been able to run this tool on Linux through WINE/Proton? I'm having trouble getting it to work.
This app is the only thing that I feel I'm missing out on by using Linux, the ability to translate games so easily is a dream come true

Antivirus software has never been helpful to me, the only viruses i had were by my own fault by opening goodsong.mp3.exe and the like but that was a looong time ago.
zths can i use the tool with the games original font? without translating the game, only using the cheats increase gamespeed and so forth.
Second, would it be possible for a hide the dialog box option? and to keyset it like the: hold to speed UP ,Win functions?.
Like to take screenshots for walkthroughs or from nice art and hiding the dialog box would be very much appreciated.

There is a new game アークトゥルスの冒険者 on TyranoBuilder engine. For some reason, the translation does not work. I decided to check if there is any text at all and exported it to ManualTransFile and everything is fine there. But there is no translation from the server. What could be the problem?

Update the tool and re-translate will fix it.

a little bit after the prologue, when you get to the guild(I saw it was the holy knight route guild, but I bet the other assassin route is the same too),
it starts having a lot of japanese characters untranslated show up for npc dialogs and the quests have mostly japanese characters untranslated too

You probably need " Try get more text from script " in main tab to get all of the texts to translate.
okay I see it now, for some reason it didn't show before when the game is running
..well, I can't afford 15 per month though, so I guess I'm out of luck.. nevermind then :/

Hi, I did something stupid.. Tried to load an old TrsData.json with new tool version to try if it could convert to the new standard but it didn't, now in in the folder I having a TrsData.bin that is not useful. What i'm asking it is possible to revert it back or the tool have a backup of the pre-conversion? That file come way back from when free users had 5mb free to use so is bad hit to me if I have lost it..

Seem changing the extension back to .json helped so i guess the tool did nothing with the file luckily for me..

Have you made any recent changes? I have translated a game earlier this week, but when trying to translate it again after updating the game, it says it is too large now for free users. Never run into this issue and the game is not very large

The free quota is changing from time to time, you can check it under MyInfo/Check free user upload limit status, right now is set to 2.77mb, still I not understand why some lang have lower upload than others like 1mb, I can't really reccomand it to my friends in this way since they can't even try the service..
yes, the mtool creator doesn't care anymore now that he is making good money, certain options are gone now and only on tier 3 now even.. before he kept changing stuff, certain options were free, but I was paying for the service anyways to support it..
..now some options are changed and I'm still paying but can't use them.. makes me feel cheated and stupid for buying into it honestly :/
guess that's how it works.. once ppl make it, they don't care about all the first ppl that helped them pay for not having to work a real job or as many hours.. he took it off but he was making 2,500+ per month and now I know it's more than that..
so this is probably his job now..

You have to know one thing, I need to pay for those services I provided.
For translate, for servers for advanced cdn etc...
I'm not only paying my time.
And other than the online services, everything I give you are free, Then what are you complaining about?
Everything has a cost, some seem to work just a little bit better, but the cost different behind it are huge, don't compare the cost between other tools and mine it's not just simple as what you have seen.
It's making you using simple, not working simple.
I don't usually want to respond to questions like this. My philosophy is that you pay for convenience and don't have to think about anything else.
The free things are all for trial, I may have given too many to make people think it should be free.
Every feature I make that need to pay for is because it will cause my costs to increase.
Not because I need to force more people to pay.
Pretty weird bug but there is a hard incompatibility with nzxt cam on when using this with any of the rpgmaker XP/Vx/Vxace games.
