is it just me or is it super slow to milk nekos? I have 3 of them being milked and it's not filling up :S
Also, slaves have levels?

Yes, but they don't increase like the monsters. It's more like fertility and birth count which get higher. You can also increase those values with editing your savefile with saveeditoronline. So you could get 99 birthcounts and 100% fertility.
Compared to the slaves from the beginning, you could have up to 3 traits.
Edit: I think in the latest build (and so in the current), there are also potions you could get through raids and later in store which could alter their traits as well. Like the potions to change their appearance and stuff. But I'm not 100% sure anymore.
