I've returned to this game after a year or so.
To be honest, not much changed, just more smut.
What's the biggest issue?

2 Game-play loop.

From it being somewhat "hidden" (R for raids instead of a button to do it), really tiny and inconsistent usage of middle mouse button to lacking things like markers (when I hoover my cursor over a girl or monster, why isn't there an outline? Or when I want to use a potion. It's not groundbreaking, it's annoying. Oh yeah, sometimes i see a green circle somewhere, indicating i can do stuff there...Right!)
The tab to move between rooms is hiding itself all the time, and it's just numbers. Is it really so hard to change that to names or signs?
Completely no control over population. Everything is dropped into one big category and you have to look through all of your "pets". Tabs for each species of being would be marvelous.
No population limit shown in the game, no... nothing. It's bare-bones, and we're getting more content churned out. It becomes useless at some point to just breed more and more, when your control over whatever you get down there from the pit is the same "trash mob" as before, with merely a better stat.
Start from the UI, please. It really deserves a lift-up after so much time, with so much content already in-game and the rest being merely a cheat sandbox (we need to build anything, just make monsters, which are irrelevant at some point).
And please, make UI bigger. I had to lean in to read potions in purchase window.
Game-play, loop.
Make monsters great again, again and again. Yet it still doesn't work better than just getting a stat here or there and then... succubus potion completely destroys any kind of development. One babe can pop babies that jump into tens of thousands of stats in one or two generations, completely overturning the progression in the game. Tune that potion down to at most 1/10 of it's power. Gaining 10% of stat instead of 100% would at least circumvent that abrupt jump in power which ruins later stages of the game.
Maybe make some sort of contracts to sell certain monsters like in Monster Black Market? Gather milk for sale, sperm... anything? Anyway, the game loop is bare-bones and it isn't rewarding. Getting new species is fun, but why not make it more complex? Birth an imp, who fucks 10 times and only then grows up into a demon? And so on.
Maybe some unique attributes (poison resistance allowing a monster to fight in the swamp, for example).
Oh well, I hope the game develops further, so far it's great, it's fun, but the lacking UI and still non existent "gameplay" apart from breeding is going to be a chore to resolve further in the development. The more content there is, it'll be harder to tie together in a well thought loop, further down the games life.
