1- where did you get that this is a mod?, every version of mugen is an individual game, just download and play
2- all the commands are in "GUIDE" just download and read, I explained it well in the description
3-if you want to modify this game, there is ALSO a tutorial for that in the "guide", why does no one ever read the descriptions?
