VN - Ren'Py - Murmur [v0.6.1 Remake Hotfix] [Devil's Dad]

Give it a try yesterday instead of sleeping and:

- Story wise i said it started good (insert palpatine voice) and i got hooked, mix a healthy chunck of humor with serious moments and of course intimate scenes

- Graph wise the girls looks hot and some really cute ( Love it that he used HS for the game) Also the MC doesn't look like a goblin which is a plus.

- While is only v0.4 the game is promising to be worth the time, I like it so far, happy to see more HS games, I wish to the Dev. good luck with the game!

I like the game so far. Unless the game develops in an unexpected direction it seems to be a straightforward harem game, which I usually do not like too much, but (so far) it is done kindhearted: "corruption" is nothing ugly, and it seems that MC can be kind and nice to everyone. Graphics is nothing outstanding, the choices / point system seems quite straightforward so far (and I do not know whether the choices will ever make much difference). The writing is nice but not outstanding either, I have to admit that I started to quickly click through a few of the dialogues. The characters are nice, but maybe not terribly original or interesting. Looking at my review I have to admit I do not quite understand why I liked the game so much, but what can I say, I did...

MurMur is quite a promising game, albeit lacking in massive content (as many of the early access games do). Every character and animation is skilfully crafted and the story is a bit "Isekai / Rebirth"ish. I personally look forward to what the future of this game will bring. Great job so far.

v 0.4 Interesting theme, engaging characters, and the subtle animations during dialogue are a nice expressive touch. I like the fact that the "corruption" aspect is more about caring than dominating. Looking forward to additional content.

I don't play many HS type games, actually only 4 and MurMur is one.

The girls are cute, sexy and well written. Of course the "teacher" is my fav but still this doesn't make me feel any less for the other girls. The "devil" girl has such a bitchy yet enduaring quality about her that I actually like her character a lot. Hopefully MC can bend her nastiness into goodness later on.

I didn't give it 5 stars as I'm not a fan of HS graphics and although I'm not a fan i have seen better quality HS graphics than this. Still I don't mind it but if the HS graphic quality was higher well 5 stars.

Is it worth playing, YES it is. If you into really likeable, cute and loving characters then yes.

OMG this is so good that i can hardly explain. I love everything about it. Can't wait for more. One of the best game ever. I hope dev releases updates faster because i can't wait!!!!!!! I never write reviews but for this game i just had to.

First of all, I'm sorry about my English

A game with a great character and a good story. The Sex scenes are perfect. The characters ' looks and personalities are perfectly designed. I like the "love" and "lewd" system, it's pretty well thought out. But what struck me most was that the characters ' behaviour and personalities were consistent. Because it is not common in such games. (In such games, characters change their personalities as soon as they start liking MC.) The characters attracted me to them with everything. Especially shy and cute Yui . It was quite nice to see Yui falling in love with MC from the start and getting excited and blushing when he approached her. It's just like in real life, you don't always have to make someone fall in love with you. Sometimes they fall in love with you on their own. And they don't even need to have a reason for that.

I played v0.4 and can't wait for the new version. By the way, Devil's Dad is now on my top 10 developers list.

So i played the v0.4, and in general, i appreciate all kind of stats system like Love/Lust.
This game profides choices, and i felt like thoses weren't useless, and really matter in your relationship with each character, so that's a good thing.

I'll stay tuned for further update, and hope this will be as pleasant as it was since then, or maybe even better.

short but super quality like watching a romance movie UwU not having a much of sex sence and of course not the best choose for FAP but story is the best i played alot of porn game but this is the first one make me have to rate 5 star

I'm gonna go straigh to the point here
The story isn't bad at all, it's interesting and even have some drama betewen the girls. of course is not Being a Dik Level, but still is really good
The models are what really caugh me here, usually in these lower tier games we see those models that are shared betewen games like Dating my daughter, so it fells a little strange to see the same model 50 times with just some changes to hair or some glasses on.
In this game the models are unique and really good looking
Animations are well rendered and steady, there arent that many but enough to have some fun
The multiple choices are really interesting seeing how you can see multiple ends to an act.
Overwall really good game, will definitly see where it goes.

Easily one of the best renpy games I've seen on this site.

The writing and renders are both pretty great. The attention to detail on each render is amazing. Facial expressions are always on point, and there is a ton of work going into every conversation.

There are renpy techniques like multi-text box and nvl that are incredibly rare (I've never seen them used before on this site) and add to the immersion.

The characters are mostly realistic, if a bit excessively love-struck (but that makes sense lore-wise).

Overall 10/10 best game renpy I've played on here.

But the story was engaging and kept me focused in one sitting, Very well written with different choices.

The animations are well done with different angles which was very nice!

Considerations: Nice visual novel with a good plot and promising story. Have some ingame choices that affect the relations with the characters. Also, seems to have different paths relations with the girls. Promising.

This is a good game but it was a waist of my goddamn time just to do all that work sit through all that dialogue to understand what was going on. Then when some interesting shit starts happening the goddamn game ended its not alright ok its not fix it

I like it a lot. Really amazing renders and well designed characters also their personalities. Expecting more content soon as I'm really keen on it because this games are a really good way to spend time on this pandemic.

I think the game itself needs a bit more polishing of the textures, but in terms of script and design it's pretty good. I certainly can't wait for a new update to see how the game unfolds ... keep it up, you did a great job buddy!!

Good renders, interesting story, nice characters and a believable MC.
Build-up speed is good as well - not too fast, but it also doesn't take too much time in delivering the lewd.

The story definitely isn't finished yet but what's there is good and very promising.

Good Points
+ Render and animation quality looks decent.
+ Character developments are well writed and feels good. They are pretty cute, sexy or whatever they need to be.
+ Animations have good FPS and their physics looks good aswell.
+ Story looks basic but seems interesting at least.

Bad Points/Advices
- Render adn animation quality could use some improve. 1-2 years ago when i make review i told they look good, but now we are in 2022 and they need little bit improve.
- DEV didn't make update for 8-9 month until v0.6 and its pretty long time for update, but update we got was literaly nothing and not even worth to play... So if you thinking play game after v0.5 i do suggest you don't and wait next update... But it could be someting like last update aswell, which is makes me worry about this game future...
- Game don't have enough content for 2-3 year of development time, content level is pretty low.

For The End
It was great game until DEV stop making updates, yeah we were lacking content but i was hoping he do start making better updates etc but instead he stopped making updates for 9-10 month and now made update v.0.6 which have literaly no content... My review for this game was 5 star but sadly im gonna lower to 3 star and gonna hope with next update we start seeing this game getting back what it was and even became better.

Murmur is a solid diamond. It is well and professionally made and everything is well polished. Music, girls, scenes, jokes and even the plot are top tier.

Allow me to open this a bit up.

Murmur starts slowly but as game progresses everything starts to make sense. Unlike many other porn games this is more about romance than hardcore sex. Don't take me wrong, this isn't a dating sim but you are neither running around dick naked. There is a good dose of realism that makes this game perfect.

About music, every scene has music and it is well placed. I can't really say more of this, you have to experience it.

Each girl is special with own issues and you have to deal with them: death, loniless, emotional issues and so on. Did I mention this game is very mature?

In short writing has been done very well. There are jokes so you won't fell asleep.

Scenes are well polished, shadows and sunsets are well made. Unlike many games here the banner image is not special but every scene has same level of details.

Can't wait for 0.4. If developers read this you could easily turn this into a dating sim and put it on steam and earn hefty $$$.
