Nope not seeing any other crack. After digging in Anime Sharing, I found a thread with links to the crack, a user mentions that the crack has a virus but a trusted user says

Like Please tho. I usually don't mind when it hits my AV as a false positive, but this one hit WAY to many Trojan and Spyware notices to simply shrug off as just "a false positive"
Is my PC screwed if I download the game, extract the .rar and try to launch the app (not as administrator) but Windows Defender prevents me from launching the game by telling me there are viruses? Has my PC been hacked or not? I'm really scared
Check your task manager for anything out of the ordinary. Most likely windows prevented anything it found suspicious. Plus if you read my previous post, this is most likely an old crack that's triggering windows defender and my WD had quarantined the specific file, but I did not run any executables. Only way to safely play this game is to buy it on Dlsite and download the patch from Sugoi.
Edit: For more safety get malwarebytes or AVG. Also research sandboxie+. Just today admins found 4 malware effected games so people are giving tips on preventive measures and extra safety nets if you slip up.

bruh this sucks 
it is sually jsut Malwarebytes that that deletes the cracks it is rather overzelous anit-virus but this time it is picked by windows defender also.

Is your PC on Japanese Locale or are you using a Locale Emulator? Only thing I could think of.
It doesn't matter whether you are from Brazil or anywhere else. Most if not all Japanese games won't work unless you change your system's locale by these steps
- Control Panel
- Under Clock and Region click "Change Date, time or Number formats"
- Select Administrative tab
- Change system Locale and Select Japanese. It will restart your PC
There’s already a fan translation available, but who knows when the public release will happen. Hopefully, it’ll be soon

then how devs got pay? buying game is the only way to support good devs. i rather paid for finished game that i love and enjoy than subcribe to unfinished project that may be drop or discontinue/delay. specially these game often go on sale on DLsite for less than a burger. while subcription for patreon is very expensive. plus f95 is pirate site doesn't means porn game should be free. f95 act as test out the game and see if you like it to invest or not.
