Its the internet so you know if someone can make themselves feel just slightly better/superior to someone else by mocking what the other person likes A LOT of people will sadly, the world is pretty ugly.
It is what it is, just like you this aint really for me and I would never search it out but morbid curiosity made me take a look.

Indeed, kinkshaming is against the rules last I checked. Reported obvious offenders and wishing you good luck. From what I can see the game isn't for me but a lot of my kinks tend to be shamed so I came to offer some encouragement. A better tagging system would help a lot of issues though
