It seems to me that the quality of games from CHAIXAS is declining significantly, and the models are becoming increasingly awful.

Mother in law? i think she's supposed to be labeled step mother or step mom.
iv been seeing this wrong labeling in allot of content when translating to English.
it makes it hard to search for specific contents such as "in laws" and "Step" family stories.
Step mother=someone that your father legally marries that isn't your blood related mother.
Mother in law=your spouse mom, can also applies to the mother of GF/BF (would not recommend calling them that wail you're in the dating phase, its rude, its like asking for a beating or disapproval).

I am fairly certain that the model is based off of a real Russian woman by the name KarmenMilf. At least that's what she goes by on Xhamster. She has the same hairstyle and body type. The only real differences are the tattoos, and she is slightly smaller than the Daz model. And as a user of Daz for making custom models, it can get quite difficult to get things super accurate. If the model is not based on her, then to me she has a doppelganger. KarmenMilf is a bit older, but Chaixas may not have the aging addon in Daz. She is quite the anal queen as well.
