To begin with, I have no idea why people are rating this game a 1 and a 2. Believe me, there are a lot of pure trash games on this website that are 1's and 2's and this aint it. While yes there should definitely be more options and control over choices and what happens with characters, nuking the games rating down to a 1 or 2 because of it is absurd. Outside of the lack of choices and maybe an undercooked story (which really is just there to give you an excuse to use your powers) the game is excellent. The girls all look really good, the renders are great, there are a ton of different kinks and you can deny the girls if you aren't into them (usually). Any game with a type of mind control power is rare, and even more rare are games that are also high quality and this meets both. You can even use your powers to change a femdom character into your slave. It's well done. Honestly the ratings do this game a severe injustice and i'd recommend it for sure.

Well starts out ok with a decent setup for the story, but for me it turns to shit really fast, not just the story but having a forced sex scene with a LI i wouldent touch with a 10ft pole, yeah i know it was a dream but it dosent change the fact that i just dont want to see it....at all....

Also i hate when MC has a mind of a 12 year old, its boring and annoying to listen to MCs thought about a LIs ass or tits and how great they are, when you as the player hate em, it makes it impossible to put your self in MCs shoes as most people proberly do, not only that MC gets a boner from just looking at a female in full clothes..gimme a break...its just awefull and this is a constant, it takes nothing for MC to get a boner....

The story also turns to crap since all woman will trow them selfs at MC just by him thouching them.....makes for a boring story with no romance no relationship build up, just a pure fuckfest/porn game no more no less.

My biggest issue is the lack of choices, once LIs are forced on you as the player game becomes unplayable to me atleast, i dont play kinetic storys just for that reason, so seeing it in this one as well where there should be choices is just annoying and a waste of time playing it.
Not sure why it dosent have the kinetic tag since i fail to see any choices that would change the main story or relationships, and without choices game is pointless.

The only reason i am giving this 2 stars is due to having really good animations which only makes it even more annoying that you dont have any choices in the game, would have been a 4 or maybe even 5 stars game if it did, but without choices i just cant play it.
Its also a bit stupid that you cant controle anything as MC considering hes using mind controle but all that does is force you to fuck them as well, you just cant say no.....

Music is nothing special but its decent.

Great art, Great Animations and ok story but again a game which pours lots of useless dialogue into it, it already starts at the start with book of fate smalltalk, universe mailfunction smalltalk but gets never again used in the story again in a worthwhile manner because it's not important for the stoy, just make that quick you're dead, should not have happened go back. There are so much more useless don't even get me started on how the mc always repeats the last 100 dialogues he already had in his head again so you're reading them twice without anything the mc would profit from in doing so. instead there is long talk about stuff that never get used in the story ever again, which is pointless.

Therefore -1 star but i've seen longer and worse useless smalltalk, it's still ok here.

Oh my god is this an almost completely worthless game. The only things that kept this game from a one star were that the girls were cute. This game is yet another example of a dev who tries to put some kind of dark route or control route in but is actually unable or unwilling to actually go through with it.

1. There are barely any actual choices in the game. I don't know how many devs need to see this but: STOP PUTTING SINGLE CHOICE OPTIONS IN GAMES!!!! It just gives the illusion of choice and is a lazy way of making it seem like there's actual gameplay when there's not. When you take out all the bullshit single options there are not many actual choices (not like they matter anyway). There is also supposed to be two routes you can take, but it's really just one (more on that later). Also, there are so many points in the game where the MC thinks something like "should I do this?" and that would be an excellent place to put a choice. No, not for this dev, he just makes the MC decide for you and it will be the stupid pushover way the he wants to cram down your throat.

2. The MC is a pushover, pussy, stupid, piece of shit who needs permission for everything. If the LI isn't the one pushing for sex it just won't happen cause all the MC will do is just think "does she want me? no I better not do anything." During any sex scenes that actually do happen be prepared for so many instances of "are you ok, can I do this?, are you sure this is ok?" Again another thing that devs and a lot of people don't get is that this is a game, sure if you want a good MC who ask for consent that's fine, but don't make it happen like 10 more times in the same scene. The MC also makes stupid decisions like telling one of his twin sisters that the other twin has feelings for her for no real reason and then acts like he had no other choice to. I can't even keep putting into words how bad this MC is and how he is one of the worse ones I have ever played as.

3. The control route is completely useless in the game and might as well be removed entirely. You can tell the dev doesn't have the heart to write actual control or force scenes. If a dev doesn't want to make those kinds of scenes that is fine, but don't make that route in the game is you're only going to half-ass it for the first part and then completely drop it in the second. First of all, you only get like two or three chance to choose to control route on two LI. The other ones you never get a choice and is relegated to love route. One LI is a teacher and the other route is her being a femdom toward you and the other one you control once and then get switched to love route with no choice in the matter. You do get to control a minor character later in the game though which is kind of nice. However, every time you control somebody the MC is always guilty, sorry and basically a pussy afterwards. Like there is no point in the two routes, there is just one cause the dev won't or can't go through with both of them.

The visuals and the LIs really made me want to like this game, but everything else just drags it down so much. I'd rather the dev just cut the control route, since they obviously don't want to do it, and just make a romance game where they go against hecate. Add more actual choices and write the MC better. The MC can make a first move once in a while without it being construed as force. The way this game is going though, it's just another waste of time.

Story started out fairly well but as of 2.7 has pretty much gone off the rails. love routes are just corruption lite. Female characters started out as somewhat interesting have devolved into sex slave relationships. There's a love god and a corruption God, but all paths lead to corruption. Interesting female characters become sex crazed brainless toys with no motivation but to get the mc laid.
I get it's a porn game with amazing visuals.
Still, started strong and LIs WERE interesting.
Now it's a fuck whoever walks in front of you game.
Disappointed.

I'm gonna be straight with you, this is my most dishonest rating.
If I was rating this game as a whole, it would probably be a 2-3. The pacing is god awful, the writing is average at best, and I swear for the first couple hours I thought it was a kinetic novel. Ctrl will be your best friend, trust me.

However. The porn is really good. The models are great, the renders are high quality, the animation is one of the smoothest I've ever seen. Some of the scenes are straight up ruined by the overuse of depth of field, but I can forgive that.

And honestly, what are you playing these games for? Don't get me wrong, there are some outstanding examples of games where you come for porn and stay for story, but these are just that - outliers, exceptions. This is not one of this games. But the porn is fantastic.

And so, I'm giving this a 4 for some great smut, with a caveat that you know where ctrl is on your keyboard. Get comfortable holding it for hours.

5 stars, just for the porn alone, not to say the story and other aspect is weak or nonexistent. It's there, just not the strong point of this game. The hook of this game is the renders, the animations, and the scenes are all superb.

If you want a game with a decent amount of vanilla, none of that NTR stuff, you and only you alone and loveable girls (not for their deep lore or writing course), and finally, a good fap, then this is the game for you.

interesting story of rebirth. I like the idea, that the mind of the MC woke up in a (for him unknown) body with a unknown history. This to explore is witty (and I ask myself, if the incest-tag in this situation is correct). The idea, to empowering a beautiful goddess is original and refreshingly new. This game is one of my personal favorites. Lucky for me that the updates are very regular.

This a pretty simple VN where you follow the story and have a few choices along the way. Unfortunately, the story sucks ass. It starts off with a storyline that is literally the same as Konosuba the anime. MC dies trying to save a girl from getting hit by a car. Turns out the girl wasn't going to get hit and MC dies for no reason. MC meets a goddess in the afterlife and the goddess reincarnates MC.

It differs from there but the story doesn't get a lot better. The actual storyline is just kinda boring and predictable. And the dialog is mind-numbingly bad. It got to the point where I was just skipping thru the entire game just to get to the porn.

Speaking of porn, that's the selling point of this game. The female characters look beautiful and the animations are done really well. The Hscenes are easily the best part about this game. I would say this VN is worth a try just for that. You may like the story, but it's not for me.

It's a shame the story and dialog are so bad. This VN would easily be one of the top games on this site if it was better.

I haven't played this game for quite awhile and I have to say I'm pretty disappointed in the lack of real story progression. This game has been out how long and there's no real progession with Annie or Lin. It took a long time for any progression sex wise with Molly. Makes me wonder how long the dev is going to string along the other main LI's to get to that same point in the story. The animations aren't bad, but they aren't the best. Most seem like a few scenes in a loop to get the whole "animations".

Maybe in another 3 to 4 years there might real progression storywise to finally see what happens with Annie and Lin. I was hoping by now after a couple of years there would at least be a HJ or BJ with Lin. Maybe even a 3some with the MC and Rin. Plus the lack of stories with any more teachers considering there are only 2 in the game. Maybe in another 2 years we can finally see some action with Emily too.

I used to really like this game, but the lack of any real storyline after a few years since the game came out, made me lose interest quite awhile ago.

This game stands out among others with a well-thought-out plot, which is not too long and at the same time does not make the characters of the game rabbits who just do their thing all the time. The plot involves dealing with two goddesses and there's even a balance between the two superpowers they give the main character, but it could have been a little better. In general, there are almost no comments about the game. There can only be wishes for the models of the girls, although they are different, but too close to real life, it would be possible to add at least one or two beauties among the girls with an ordinary appearance. Waiting for the future updates!

Game story is really good and well done but sometimes feels like choices dosent matter because of what gonna happen after that.

I like everything about this game EXCEPT how pathetic the MC is. Models, well made and have good expressions, storyline is easy to follow and keeps you right with it, but then the MC is made to be a stuck up middle aged librarian. Shame, nothing else is missing.

The story has advanced a bit, and I really appreciate the new scenes that have been added. The dream diving powers still remain underutilised, and the plot has not advanced all that much. That said, great stuff between 2.2 and 2.5.5! Recommended!

TL;DR: Damn, My Best Deal is a really good game! I like the potential of the story, and I like the character interactions. There is a little bit of everything for most people here and, fortunately, I like all the tastes catered for in this game. I would give it a perfect 5 star if not for a couple of peeves.

The Good: Incest! There’s also a healthy splash of optional femdom, some fine MILFs and twins. This would be a winning formula if they were combined, but alas, it isn’t so. The characters are great and some have good depth to them. The sex scenes are amazing with a good mix of still frames and animation.

The Average: There are some plot points that I feel are there because it pars for the course with visual novels: a damsel that needs to be saved from her family; the power to influence people so they have sex with you; help your friend get out of a pinch with a bad man. None of these storylines are done poorly in My Best Deal, but the story beats are predictable.

The Bad: You have two powers in the game: Make people feel love and make people obey. I don’t feel like the former does what it says on the label and the later is just your typical “how about I solve this with rape instead”. These two powers don’t feel like they meet their potential. Also, white flashbangs when your character cums might feel cool design-wise, but it really fucking hurts my eyes when I play in a dim room.



Thorough Review:

Story: Competent

You play the story of a dead man being Isekai’d back into the world you just departed, but into the body of a handsome boy who also died. This happened because your soul was approached by the goddess of love who, in exchange for a favour, give you a new chance at life but without your old memories. What ensues is a story of a protagonist who must spread the power of love by having sex with any person he can get a hold of and, ideally, also make them fall in love with him. While this is going on you find out that your new body belonged to a man who made a deal with another goddess that apparently made his life so unbearable that he chose to die when given a chance of revival. Now you must also deal with a Control goddess wanting you to honour a deal she made with another soul. That’s the story so far.

Characters: Great*

*those that are in the current version fairly developed, at least. The main character is a good enough person who want to do good things, for the most part. There are very few chances to outright be an asshole, which I appreciate. Your housemates are all great characters, if a little underdeveloped. Each of them gets a chance to shine and show complexity though which I appreciate. With the patch we are to assume that we are genetically related to our twin sisters, but they look straight Asian, while you and your mother are Caucasian. Either they are adopted, or at best half-siblings. Father is no-where to be found. There are also characters from outside the home, but apart from two of them, most are at the current version of the game very underdeveloped.

Gameplay: Competent

It is a visual novel. The format is basic, but functional. Nothing to write home about. I wish the Ren’Py shortcut layout was more friendly for one-handed use.

Visuals: Amazing!

I love this game’s visuals. The characters and backgrounds are all a solid 10/10. I like the mix of still frames and animation in sex scenes, and there is a great text to picture ratio. Very often I found myself stopping conversation just to hide the text-box and admire the view.

Summary: Great!

The story has great potential going forward, and I hope it can progress from where version 2.2 left off without running into more cliché plot points. I also want the player to further utilise one of the most interesting abilities granted to him so far: dream diving. All those sequences have been very well done so far, and I want more of it.

I lied in the TL;DR that there was incest in this game. With the patch installed, you, the protagonist, are not related to your housemates. Your housemates, however, are (probably) related to the body you currently inhabit. You, the protagonist, does not know about this distinction, but you, the player, does. This is one of my main complaints about the story. If the goddess of love had returned you to your own body but your memories would be missing due to the cause of your almost death that would have made this plot point much, much better for me.

In this game, there are 4 main characters: Lin, Rin, Annie, and Molly. This game was released in September 2019. Over 3 years later how far have we progressed? Rin, you bang the hell out of every chance you get, good. Lin... there has been 0 progression. Nothing of note has really happened. Molly, well we finally got sex 3 years later. Annie, some progression, but it is slowly moving along. The storytelling is slow and the main characters don't progress due to the dev stringing players along for more money. There is some pregnancy system that hasn't been implemented despite the fact I creampie everyone every time. Maybe we will get to Lin's path in another 3 years.

The renders are beautiful and the animation is amazing. That is the one thing I love about this game. You also get to choose dom or sub-paths instead of the dev choosing for you. (I always hate when a dev forces their kinks onto the player)

This could have been a great game, but it just seems very average. I will probably wait a year before I try it again and see if anything changes.
