I've only played that scene on the cuckold route. But my guess is, you wont get that scene if the MC is on the cuckold or sharing routes. On the love route, Lucia acts very differently towards the MC because he is more dominant. Because as she says, she likes bossing men around. So if the MC isn't totally dominant, she'll take that as her cue, to be the one calling the shots. Which in the case of the cuckold route, probably means no penetrative sex ever. Remember, Lucia is already cuckolding her husband Roy, and all he gets are handjobs.
On the sharing route, I think it will happen eventually, but if the MC acts as a cuckold then Lucia will continue to tease him, and deny penetrative sex.

Lucia likes being in control. So the less dominant the MC is, the more likely she is to tease him, and not allow him to have sex with her. She also likes her men, to have lots of stamina, so they can fuck her all night. Which is why she's impressed when Theo is able to hold back on cumming, when she gives him a bj.
The really 'hahaha lame' thing, is that you appear to have chosen the cuck route to play, rather than the non-sharing route where it never happens. It's literally flagged on multiple occasions, that the MC wants Sue to fuck other men, on the cuck route. So god knows how you missed that?

You can totally fuck her on pimp/sharing path. Probably you need randomsub above 5 or 6. Just play Randall as a totally dominant guy and get as much randomsub points as possible

Updated my compressed Android port of My Bimbo Dream with Ripson's multi mod to v0.9.0.
Got some basic gestures loaded in: swipe up for save menu, swipe down to hide UI, swipe left to rollback and swipe right to skip. Save files are now stored in the Documents folder. This sometimes means that you may need to close and re-open the port after installing so the save folder is properly created.
Please let me know if you encounter any issues with the port and I'll see what I can do to get them sorted.

I didn’t like the ending with Max, i expected a different from a Porn Star path!
For some reason, in Max’s path, Sue bimbo lips look completely different from the preview and banner:

I hope the dev in other paths will not make her lips like that and will stick to those on the banner and preview!

yeah I did not like her lips in that path. tbh im not into the bimbo thing at all but the animations got me to try this game out and I actually ended up liking it. So I know im gonna have to deal with some things I will not like when it comes to looks i'll just have to tolerate / deal with them if I want to keep playing. But I agree her lips looked so much better in the banner.

The Max ending is supposed to be a bad ending. It's not her rising to her heights, it's her being brought down to her lowest of lows. Max is a hack, so Max's bimbo Sue is shitty too.
At least, I think that's what the dev was going for in those choices.
