All right, answer found for the last scene Criteria - dominant pimp, sue sex with Theo without Lucia.
In this run, Theo is in open relationship with Megan.
This latest update is weird.
Dominant Pimp is suppose to have a say on how LI been shared. But for Sue's case, Theo as new fubu is like below MC Radar
Also, in order to achieve Dominant Pimp with Megan (in URM, there is meganpimp variable) , you need to get domed first in 2.01. How does this make sense?

You can be in sub path as well and trigger the NTR path, not only on dom pimp. As you've discovered, the triggers are Sue upset with you and Sue has sex with Theo after watching you with Scarlet (without Lucia) > then the NTR path is up and unlocks the last scene. I think the NTR path and the last scene triggering will render the SuePimp variable to false.
Dominant pimp is not a blanket variable for all LIs, you need to establish it for each, at least this is how I think it works and seen it work. It is true that Sue or Lucia (or both) might fool around with Theo on that first night without MCs knowledge/permission, while on the pimp route. I found that to be a bit odd too. I think that will come to light and be addressed in a future update, with potential to keep the route or not, depending on the choice that MC will take when he finds out.
As far as I've seen, the MeganPimp variable is not used yet. I have some saves with both scenes in Megan's path and the variable is unknown for both. Maybe it will be used later, dunno.
I keep getting an error when I play this new season, and a rollback aswell? Is there a fix for it?
i tried a few times
suepimp = true, got the scene. so i assume dominant pimp work
suerancuck = true, also got the scene. so cuck = ntr should work too.
the main difference is whether sue had a standalone scene with theo.

Just locate your steam game location and check if there is save folder. Otherwise the game saves can be somewhere under %AppData%.

nothing just wanted to see if you would tag me for fun haha. Tho If I'm being honest I don't think this game is bad it just isn't good either , I played much worst games. Especially if you can just enjoy something and turn your brain off , accept it for what it is and know what to expect from this type of game.

This is for sure a accept it for what it is t and turn my brain off type of game. I'm not expecting her to look like Paige British or Candy Charms overnight, but considering we're on Season 2, Episode 6, I would have expected more character progression in the title "bimbo" than just getting her hair and nails done, and some lip filler and a boob job to give her normal size boobs, and normal size lips. You could take her dialogue from S01E01, and add it to any of her scenes here, and it wouldn't change anything. Megan and Scarlet could be removed from the game entirely, for all I care. And Theo should not be there either. Too much focus on side-characters, and the title character of the entire series is more or less forgotten about, even when you play as monogamously as the game allows (+Lucia, obviously). I was annoyed that there was a forced scene with someone that I specifically turned the options off on.

But you miss the whole idea of the game for those who actually played this game since the beginning and what it was meant to be !
The game started out as Bimbofication game based on the "Mom". Now it's focused on a kinda lazy NTR route.
So i don't understand why you are someone who claims that you are not really focused or interested in the game but you are cool with leaving likes or dislikes for said game.
You are either play the game or not ...

I won't deny the lack of the Bimbofication progression isn't a negative. The NTR stuff doesn't bother me as I knew what type of game it is. I do agree it should have less of a focus on it tho.
Just cause I turn my brain off and don't take the game seriously doesn't mean im not interested / focused in the game or the story. Im just able to accept it for what it is and it's whatever to me since I find stuff I do like , It isn't boring and keeps me entertained. Just cause I don't take the game serious doesn't mean I don't find stuff I like and dislike about it.

The problem for me or some of the other players is that the game sadly changed it's focus to appease a certain group of people.
So i guess even those who let the Dollars flow, have to deal with that Bullshit...
You yourself should just calm down and don't get involved into something you ain't wanna be part of it at then end of the day !
