This is a tricky question cause im into that kind if content in some games not all yet I never feel like im a cuck while playing or watching such scenes. This is my point of view on the subject.
I know im wrong if you go by the definition. But I think alot of it depends on the relationship and the person. For me when I do play NTR games if im playing a hotwife or a sharing / swinging game for me that is not being a cuck / cuckhold as long as it's not done behind my back and as long the MC isn't asking to be a cuckhold.
For me to consider it cuckhold it has to be done in a way that's about humiliation , the wife is the acting dominate and not allowing the MC to join but only watch and this last one depends on the context. Also for me the relationship plays a big part in how it feels to me . For example if the sharing part is them working together as a team every step of the way with good communication. Can't tell you about NTR or sharing those paths I haven't gotten around to trying those. But from the no NTR path you do get content with the ex girlfriend and neighbor. Problem is for me those scenes are forced. Same probably is true for NTR if on those paths. So that is something to consider if you never played this game you have to be okay with forced scenes. I'm only okay with it because I like the general concept of the game and the mother is a great character and this is one of the few games I do like the incest aspect and typically not a fan of those paths. Otherwise I would of dropped this game or only played it for animations.

I can understand your concern about the treatment of the paths. But we should not forget that this game started as pure pimping/sharing game and the romance path got added 1-2 updates ago.
Give it some time and i'm sure both paths got the same amount of content. If they not allready have the same amount of content. Idk i only play the pimping route, but like Dessolos stated the romance path should have a nice amount of content...

Right now the gallery has 61 entries, meaning 61 lewd/sex scenes. A harem/romance route playthrough unlocks around 35-38 of those scenes. If you aren't one of those guys who think girl/girl content is NTR/sharing then that's more 3 scenes between Sue and Lucia that can be unlocked rising the number to above 40 scenes out of 61.
