In the game folder Right Click SmartSteamLoader -> Run As Administrator. It's written as instructions in the text file.

Wouldn't the NTR be Fiona and the horsemen? Fiona is married to the uncle isn't she? So if she goes to get stretched out by a horsecock wouldn't that be the ntr the tag is referring to?
