The translation is okay, but the scenario is kinda meh. This is one of those games where everyone but the main character is ultra rape-y in a way that would just make their whole world not function. Also there's no lasting changes outside of the repeats in the same character lines. She doesn't acknowledge how much or little has happened to her (you can avoid most scenes outside of a forced grope scene if you were to grind the first area enough to get the hp regen rings and then level up enough to not need to go back and heal or just cheat) and getting to the point where she's letting the item shop guy whore her out effectively has no effect on the first scene with the rapist adventurer who sneak attacks you or the one you can get to help move a boulder.
The ending is shit and has no scenes so anyone who does want to see the art just go straight to the gallery room in the inn and use unlocker, save yourself some time, no save needed.
