A unique premise for an NTR game, one where you only see the real, full story only at the final act, and only on the bad end route. However this means you have to wade through mostly non-sexual content for most of the game with possible implied NTR being on the periphery. The bad ending is a real gut punch, being not only one of physical prowess, but also one of a real, battle-forged bond between lovers, a love arguably superior to yours, since you may have spent your childhood with Erica, but Gin is the one who spent 3 grueling months with her, he's the one who slightly got through to her in the tent through her curse, making her realize that she needed help. Erica even implicitly states that Gin is more her type even in the good ending (where she says she won't let a weak man hold her, deriding you and upscaling Gin).
Bit of an edgy thought here, but one that's brewing inside of me since completing this game, what if instead of Kyle choosing numbness like the witch says he should, he embraced his pain and used it as food for growth, empowering him to take revenge of some kind? He can't take the route of happiness anymore, with the time he wasted recklessly using his power to reveal unpleasant truths, but he refuses to allow himself to fall into a numb stupor, seeing the damaging effects it had on Erica, not just physically but mentally as well. Instead, he embraces his pain, anger, despair and suffering to rise above, channel it into an intense training arc like never before, and/or into black magic since the way of the sword seems to be not his forte. Magic is available to all in this game's verse, and black magic is often powered by negative emotions. If that is so, who could be a stronger black mage than Kyle in that moment? Perhaps the reason Kyle is such a poor swordsman is because his innate talent was to draw him to magic, not warriorship, but he's been so focused on standing with Erica that he never had the chance to explore that path.
Though if anything, the real hatred Kyle would have for anyone would be himself, and everyone who used Erica's curse to their lewd advantage. Kyle is the one who could've broken the curse if he was honest with his feelings, and told Erica, but he didn't. Some latent reservations with just making his feelings apparent, perhaps waiting until the curse was lifted so that Erica could feel the full impact of his confession without being insensitive. This lead him to not claim Erica as his girlfriend, which gave others a mental justification to start having their way with Erica, Kyle would likely end up blaming himself for this. Erica is essentially disabled due to her curse, which the others in the sex scenes with her come to pick up on even without knowing the specific curse, but still choose to use for their own pleasure instead of helping her. This is definitely scummy and a good cause for Kyle to unleash upon. However, he can never bring himself to hurt Erica directly, never ever. He loves her too much for that, even after being forgotten and discarded. He might not even summon up the will hurt Gin. He's the one who confessed his love, and won her heart, and not through evil means, he's a genuinely good guy with no ill-intent and will likely make a fantastic husband and father.
After all that, Kyle's revenge could come to a crossroads. He could pursue his anger further, maybe start unleashing it on the next generation and maybe even on Gin and Erica's children, justifying to himself in his too-far-gone mind that hurting them is the only way to release his unresolved anger on Gin and Erica without directly risking their pain and death. Maybe, he could find a new way. By this point in the timeline, Anna-chan has grown up and clearly has positive feelings for Kyle. She's a studious girl, clearly very appreciative of the tutoring that Kyle provided. It's unknown if Anna and Kyle would remember each other, but there is a spark here. One where Kyle doesn't need to be the biggest and strongest, where he only needs to be kind, thoughtful, helpful and transparent about his feelings. The age gap is weird, but this game has shotacon sex and clearly sexualizes Anna at her current age, so I doubt there would really be an issue compared to an age gap between consenting adults. Anna might be Kyle's last chance to find peace and redemption if he doesn't commit a fatal error like before, but he's had plenty of time to stew in his failure and wondering where he went wrong.
