Well Dam XD , for the gyaru you need to be in the lowest class then in the next test you will need to score a perfect to skip the middle class and go to the upper class, if you do it you will unlock interaction with one of the gyaru.
For the neighbor , she work as a prostitute just before the strip club , you will need to visit her a lot of Time .
For the gym lady (the one that train your strenght , you will need to do the first event or second? And chose her as your partener) then I dont Know.
For the teacher in the middle class you will need to talk to her and follow her to her home, then keep talking each Time to her , at noon to progress further.
For the rest I dont remember I will need to play some more.

So far, accepting Eris blocks her NTR route with Kento and asking Anna for help with Ito blocks Rei route with him, I think those are the only cases.
But since the dev said they want both routes on the same save that must be temporary.

It's not really explicit how he seduces Rei, though it's assumed that he blackmails Rin (threatens to tell her husband), and Eris will initially fuck him purely to spite the MC. That aside, he's clearly way more experienced than the MC--he visits multiple prostitutes and has been doing so for a while. So even setting aside the fact that this is an h-game and he's an antagonist, it's not totally unfeasible that he puts on a better performance than "Tom," who is annoyingly timid and busts almost immediately when Rei finally gets him to make a move on her.
...back to how he gets with Rei: I don't get that either. There's a clear sense of escalation in the pictures as they progress, but Rei never expresses discomfort or curiosity about it with the MC or indicates that she's getting closer to Kento outside of their photoshoots. If they started spending more time together, if Rei brought up things that Kento did in conversation (asking if they were normal or if Tom would like it if they did those things together), and if there was a progression of their intimacy even behind closed doors before you can catch them together; all of that would make it less jarring and more believable when they do start hooking up behind the MC's back. As a bonus, if the MC simply fails to progress along Rei's route adequately it might make sense that Kento wears her down that way--Tom isn't interested, so she explores other options.
