Simply interact with Mark while Kendra is making food in the evening. It'll happen when Mark reach to a certain level for it to be seen. Same thing will happen with the MC's variant when you choose to help Kendra in the kitchen.

During lunch time, go to the restroom and in the last stall there is someone there. He sell "illegal stuff" like beer for example, but in order to buy stuff from him you'll need to either advance Mark or Zoe's routes. Keep talking to them after leveling up either of them until they mention about the seller in the restroom.
