In the shop the lady will offer you a bet on the webcam if you can answer five questions. With some trial and error you'll get the webcam (make sure to save), if you loose you owe her money but I don't know what would happen in that case.

Thanks. Found it... I didn't know the left arrow lead me to the studio. On other times when I haven't rented the studio, that arrow shows the shop attendant talking in Russian. I thought it was just a bug.
