Thanks kindly for your help. Nada. The version I have is MCR2-1.0.01010-pc dnloaded Jan 24.. Nothing is working. I'll keep trying, last resort, dump the game.

Don't play with MCR2-1.0.01010-pc, it has too many bugs, download the Version: 1.0.01013 Extra that they posted in this post, which has translated most of the texts that appeared in russian with the v1.0.01010 bugged when Derek interacts with the Ivan's laptop:

To translate the texts that still appear in russian if you play it in pc, it's better to use the T3000 instead of some OCR. See in the spoiler of this post if you want to try translate them with the T3000:

If you want attach a savegame of that task where Derek can't hack Ivan's laptop, and I try to load it on my copy of the game, because in my case I had no problems with the first memory card, and I also skipped several tasks that Derek should have completed before.

Try if you can complete the task "Put the phone on the nightstand" with this fix, which is how I was able to complete it on my copy of the game (Version: 1.0.01013).

You have to overwrite the hero_quests.ini file (which has line 209 edited)

...\MCR2-1.0.01013extra-pc\game\db\quests\hero_quests.ini

by the one that contains the rar of the attachment. Which also contains a backup of the original hero_quests.ini within the hero_quests_BACKUP.rar so you can restore it if it didn't work for you, or after completing that task.

Then have Derek go to his room at Night, and check if appears a notification (!) upon the nightstand

You have to ask the game developer for the fix. I guess it depends on the order in which Derek completed the tasks of "Get the data from Ivan's laptop", which is the other pending task that apparently overlaps with "Put the phone on the nightstand". And if you try searching for nightstand in the thread, there are queries where they could not complete that task dated September either, where it has to be with the previous version and not with this latest update, which suggest that the game has some bug with that task, which apparently caused by the order in which Derek carries out the other tasks.

You can edit the money with command console (in the example $100):

credits = 100

but don't overdo, because for example there is a task where Derek asks Lida for household chores in order to earn money, which you might overlook, or you advance or skip tasks by buying items when Derek hasn't triggered the events that lead him to earn money yet.

Don't install mods, if u have already, maybe the fix he provided might work. I didn't do anything extra

damn... i totaly deleted all my files downloaded the new 13ex files, ran that, same issue, did the unren with those extra files, same issue... no mods

Hey Will, appreciate your port of the new update. Just letting you know of a few bugs (if you havent already been told).
1. There are a lot of missing animations (eg. Maid in cat costume, sex in changeroom etc.)

2. Alot of the time the game doesnt allow me to transition slides by clicking so I have to rely on skipping and the back button.

3. Sometimes the game becomes unresponsive ( cant click menu) and I have to press back on my phone to fix it.

4. Some missions repeat themselves (photo shoot with katya) which softlocks my gameplay

5. Using swiping to go back a scene or skip was interfering with the peek mini game in the change room.

Those were the major standouts to me.

You can try trigger the "Put the phone on the nightstand" task with this fix (which is how I was able to complete it on my copy of the game):

or you can also try to force that task "Put the phone on the nightstand" (Night) with the command console. Where without having applied the other fix, with the other task "Get the data from Ivan's laptop" with its original time (Evening,Night), no notifice (!) appears on the nightstand when Derek enters his room at Night:

trigger that event where Derek has to put the phone on the nightstand (omitting a couple of images in that scene), but forcing the jump with the label of that task.

Thank you, that fixed it, but the game feels complete unfinished and broken at the moment.
A lot of answers do not match the questions. Some options are missing, but the game is certainly as good as its predecessor once it's finished. There are still so many parts missing ...

If you need to buy your own camera, you find out, that you don't have money. (This is very important - Don't have money at that point) Go and talk to Lydia and ask for homework.... (Day) A lot of things happens. (Big trigger)

- Find Lydia in a clothing store (dont have the clothing store on map)

You need to play a long time until the Decan needs photos, at that moment the store is visible

- Photographe Katya (keep sitting next to her, keep going to photo studio, but always same result, cought by fat guy and thats it)

This doesn't happens if you talk to Lydia and ask for homework.... (Day)

- Talk to Katya in the Photo studio (same as Potographe KAtya)

appears on the phone's list, after Derek speaks first to Katya and then to Tolik at the University Photo Club:

Katya: "Hey, are you ready for the photoshoot?"
Derek; "No, I don't have a camera"

Tolik: "What did you want?"
Derek: "Can you lend me the camera again?"
...
Tolik: "In general, you should buy your own camera."
Tolik: "Something else?"

New task: -Find a money

to have the second photo session with Katya, Derek has to buy a camera first, so he has to open the Sex Chat on the pc before, where Dick tells him that he needs a webcam. so he has to go to Lia in the shop, and answer five questions in exchange for the webcam he needs, because he can't buy any item in the shop until he starts earn money with the Sex Chat. And I think that's why the inventory backpack icon doesn't appear in the game interface until Derek gets that webcam from Lia. To prevent that if the player tries to advance by adding money with the cheat, and buying items that he does not need yet, he cannot access the inventory and use them, breaking the chronology of some events or previous tasks, which Derek must complete before.

The third photo session with Katya or other tasks involving her usually appears after Derek sits next and interacts with her in the Lecture Hall.

Tolik interrupts during the second photo session in the Photo Club when Katya is giving Derek a blowjob, so Katya proposes to Derek to finish that unfinished photo shoot after Derek talks to her again in the Lecture Hall.
Tolik returns to spy on Katya and Derek in that new hotter photo session, and starts jerking off in the hallway, which is seen by the Dean, and after which the task appears on the phone

Task: Talk to Tolik (Evening) > Tip: I need to tell Tolik about sex with Katya.

task that contains this dialogue between Tolik and Derek:

Tolik: "I was just chatting with Blue Kitten and she asked me to show her my dick."

where after Derek meets Blue Kitten, it triggers events with Lida or Gulya linked to the task "Lida's video" that require Derek to meet Blue Kitten first.

and in order for the Delivery clothing shop to appear on the map, Derek has to progress through the task

Task: Visit the gym in the evening (Evening ) > Tip: Visit the college gym in the evening

to advance the relationship between Derek and the Dean

and then in the photo sessions with Katya and some subsequent dialogues with Tolik, to trigger the task

Task: Talk to the dean (Morning,Day) > Tip: I need to talk to the dean about the photo shoot.

where Derek has this dialogue with the Dean in her office:

Derek: "Tolik told me that you wanted a photo shoot."
...
Dean: "I can't trust Tolik with such an important job, and there are only two people in the photo club. I think you already understand what I'm getting at."
Dean: "You'll need to do a good job with the photo shoot, but first get me a package from the drop-off point. It should already be there waiting for me."

New task: Photo session with the dean (Evening)

To follow the tasks it is better to do it with the Tasks icon on the phone, looking at the daytime of the task (Morning,Day,Evening,Night, etc.) and also clicking on the task to show the Tip. And then opening the map and looking if a warning (!) appears indicating that there is a pending task in that location and daytime.

In the case of photo sessions with Olya, there is no need to go to the Delivery point to pick up the clothes that Derek buys for her using the Shop application on the phone. Olya already has those clothes on after Derek tells her that he has bought them, when he goes to the Shop and then to the Photo Studio that he has to rent from Lia, in order to complete the tasks of

Task: Buy a new outfit > Tip: Buy a new outfit for a photo shoot with Olya from an online store on your phone
Task: Meet Olya in the studio in the evening > Tip: Tasks: Find Olya in the studio in the evening

In the casino the numbers are always the same for each load.... at least mine were like that... saw the marble landed on a number, reloaded and bet all on that number.... did that twice.... or 3 times = 20k

I'll see what i can do with the task get money.

Unless you've pre-empted the photo sessions with Katya by buying the camera ahead of time, skipping Derek asking Tolik "Can you lend me the camera again?", I don't think you'll have a problem triggering that other task (Find a money).
But if for some reason you can't do it late in the game, you can force trigger that task:

Task: Find a money (Day) > Tip: I think I can ask Lida about any housework that she will pay me for.

Option 1 (recommended) > opening the command console and typing or pasting:

This usually happens with some compressed versions or to install an outdated mod. Try if you can fix it by adding that missing image (that contains the rar attached) outside of the archive.rpa, respecting the folder structure where it looks for that image (doctor1_88.webp):

...\MCR2-1.0.01013extra-pc\game\_content\city1\doctor\doctor1\doctor1_88.webp

which warns is missing in the tracebak.txt you attached:

Exception: Could not load image u'_content/city1/doctor/doctor1/doctor1_88.webp': error(u'Failed to read WEBP',)

but first try downloading and installing this Version: 1.0.01013 Extra (Bug-fixes)
