try cheat engine, then search for the parameter of the money u have, then click on the record, then change it to the amount you would like to have

Dont go into the gym until after you do the photo session with the dean and then it should unlock. if that isnt it, its something you have to do later in the game and then it unlocked for me.

problem i am having i cant trigger anything to earn money so frustrating because cant completer a thing and its so full off glitches even just starting aexample it wont stay in windowed mode and never see so slow a responce or dragged out scene in a game as this one

you dont need to "cheat the casino" tho. you will just get max 1950 from it.
better to just do what i suggest in the 2nd part of my thread.

Did you get a message from dean to learn a lesson on the pc?, if yes go to pc and watch video
