For those who are desperate i think i found loophole when i failed from the error in the library i used load and i thought to avoid library and focus first on other quest so went in store at night (bug fix 1.3.0. works for store at least) and found store girl having fun and after licking she gave me the screwdriver and after that game flood normally i think somehow jumped to the event forward and skipped the error in library somehow and i can do the other quests now that i needed to do them before that without problem and any error i hope this will help others good luck Greetings!
