This is never true. NTR crowd always pushes for story beats that upset the rest. The rest push for story beats that upset the NTR crowd.
Trying to do both just burns a large number of the non-NTR or NTR fans that you could have had and you only end up with one of the crowds that feels more served at the end of the day anyways. Both parties just hate how the other type of MC acts.
You're better off making two similar games with the same assets that have totally different stories, one NTR focused and one not.
I hate to say but I side with non NTR people. NTR in my mind is a fetish not good for ones overall health. It seems so destructive to mental health to want suffering and misery. Bit like the old English books we were forced to read in school where in the end everything is miserable and sad. If it were a case of you play a dude who seduces a woman who's partner is a piece of shit. Still NTR but a nicer ending.
But so many NTR fans seem to get off to racial/ suffering/ evil. And it just feels bad. I get it everyone has a fetish. But I have never seen NTR that doesn't push cruelty and cheating which obviously a lot of people have suffered though so fetishizing it then having people get defensive/ smug about the fetish only makes people more upset.
I understand NTR games that are fully committed to it. But when a game has good story I feel it is a waste to ruin it with your pathetic, and this dude is going to steal your girl. I don't understand the appeal. If you want that there are websites and a whole fetish community for that. But playing as a bad ass who slays dragons and gets the girl. Or gets with a harem of beautiful women with massive breasts is something that only fantasy will allow.
I guess in this rambling my point is I don't like the fetish as it is one that can easily be experienced IRL. So pushing it into a lot of games I feel is not good for mental health or for the game itself. Given how many people dislike it. Still The game creator has final say and I think it is wrong to bully or forcing our opinions onto the creator. As it only creates burn out/ resentment. Even if the final choices upsets some fans it is down to the creator to do their game how they envision it.
I have to totally agree with you. The MC for Harem or romance is different from the MC for NTR, although both are men, their behavior and appearance are antagonistic, even the penis is different when LI holds the MC's penis and hides it with his hand, you can't say it's an MC for romance, Harem, swing, even an equal sharing, the MC will always be in the inferior position, just like you don't see a BBC in the role of cuckold or femdom or sissification doesn't match.
LI's behavior is also different, after you do everything to have sex with her, a random NPC arrives "let's have sex in the alley" and she goes without any resistance, the MC shouldn't have to intervene, it would be natural for her to deny it, what the hell is a girlfriend who will have sex with any random man without resistance except with MC

Most of them do need therapy wanting to make a succubus their girlfriend or waifu in the first place. Succubi literally look at humans like food so why would they only eat 1 kind of food for the rest of their life? Thats like going to a buffet and only eating 1 thing, it literally makes no sense. Thinking a sex demon would be faithful is pretty delusional. Plus anyone who cant distiguish reality from fiction needs therapy. These characters are "fictional" so nothing they do should affect a person or their mental state period. The fact that i even have to say that is crazy. What im saying is you can love a succubus all you want make her your girlfriend or whatever but thinking shes not going to fuck other guys and girls is delusional because she is a sex demon its in their nature to enjoy dominating and having sex with humans. This game is frustrating... it has nice art and interesting characters but so often i'm given a choice and it's always singular, when it'd be perfectly viable to choose more than one in sequence, especially the threesomes/foursomes... it makes sense if you have to pick A or B sometimes, but other times it just feels entirely arbitrary... they're supernatural beings, a simple flick of the wrist and the MC could go multiple rounds... it just turns into 'save' and try each one before picking a 'main' one... dumb.
