You make it sound like an NTR game but there are only about 4 NTR scenes.

There are far more on the romance side.

Sharing/cuckolding is basically a footnote in this game, less than 20% of the content.
The main theme/choices are romance with Vanilla/Dom/Sub flavors...

I've played the romance route since it started and haven't once got ntr vibes from it.

Even on the route where she does have sex with other people it's only been an afterthought for her, she was still only interested in the MC.
