To be fair, the Head image and the "screenshots" are kinda misleading, you can't show Alexis Texas and not expect people to click looking for something that isn't Gay/Sissy/Trans and then be mad when they get baited into downloading gay porn.

If people don't understand how the genre system works, that's on them. If you click on a HTML game with a porn thumbnail and a Sissification tag expecting some straight game you're a fucking idiot, to put it bluntly.
Surely you see the irony in someone complaining that every game that looks like this is about gay shit, when they had to first click on the game they say is so easily detectable as having gay shit in it.

If it is, it's in name only. Any game that has any genre even slightly out of the norm gets it. Doesn't really affect anyone but it's a bit disheartening to see people find the need to click on a game they don't want to play (despite not having it filtered out from their genres) then complain that it's a game they don't want to play.

I won't be the one complaining, I just played for a couple hours and think the game is fine, might even come back to it.
But I can't say I don't understand where people are coming from when they download the game thinking Sissy could be optional, seeing as the only thing shown in the preview images is plain straight sex with big butts. There are plenty of games on the site with optional content tagged and plenty of other games with content that isn't tagged.
example: this one has a "Futa" tag.. haven't seen any futa yet.
And let's be honest, the description text for the game is not explaining anything.

No, I think that's the only one implemented yet. That or you have to use the second one a very large number of times to get the next one. That's kind of an issue actually, the first one has the same scene a few times before you unlock the second, generally that's a sign of 'that's all, folks' for a path.I liked the size increase... I could only get it to 8... did you get it higher?
One thing I would really like would be more games with voluntary feminisation, where the MC's girlfriend wants him to try on lingerie, he gives it a go for her without coercion just because he wants to make her happy and discovers he enjoys it.Though I also wish there was an option where the MC was more open and aggressively wanting the change from the beginning. Like not needing a master... also the brother is an option as a master...
I got tired of how common it is for submissive characters to be weak in games, with some people even saying things like 'Oh, she couldn't possibly be submissive, she's far too confident for that!' which of course is only revealing that you don't know a damn thing about D/S.sidenote: I like you signature line.

Another quick update, fixing some bugs mentioned here, including a complete rewrite of some of the code for the restriction of going outside dressed up.

Since you are paying attention to this forum. I have a question. My MC is wearing slutty clothes everywhere, over 400 slutty score, but still can't access the physical transformation at the hospital. When does that kick in. Do I need to keep grinding away? I will download this fix and see whether it makes a difference.

I've worked some "unwanted attention" on the park for the next update, however intentional public/exhibitionist play and things like that will probably come in a few more updates.
The physical transformation stuff will come in the next update, my bad since I didn't make it clear in-game, as it's current state is only as a placeholder. Also, they will unlock after going through an "acceptence" stage, and further body transformation will unlock with the "slutty score". My reasoning behind it is that you can be as "slutty" as you want, but it doesn't mean that you'll want to have permanent feminizing changes on your body, and it's the same the other way around.

ShootingStar I noticed the walkthrough talks about taking the first steps to enslave Noah after visiting him four times, but I've visited him more than that and I've got nothing.

Are you seeing some repeated short text without dialogue? Because if that's the case, you may have missed the "idea" scene and you should be able to check on the PC "tips on how to deal with Noah", and then follow the last step, that being buying the cage and sleep pills. If you do all of them the enslaving scene should happen automatically
Also, when seeing this short text, if there is some "MC thoughts" saying that he forgot about something, that should mean that you got into one of the other 2 "submissive" routes (Master/Mistress)
If you're not seeing just some short text and instead the same scene with the same dialogues between MC and Noah are repeating then I'll have to look into it for some possible bug

So to progress with topping Noah you need to have progressed far enough with the MC as a sissy path to turn down the master, but not been taken by Katie. That's a pretty narrow window.

I really love reading your insight and opinion on all of what the game has to offer so far, so thanks for that! And be sure that a lot of what you mentioned will probably get added in the future, I thought about adding a bit of a middle ground option, but it would have been too much for a route that I wasn't sure if it was going to be well received or not, so from what I red so far I think I'll take that into account, I'm all for it.
I'll drop an update shortly fixing what you mentioned, again, I really appreaciate these being point out so I can fix them.
The "penis growth" one however, is just that there isn't any intended scene for a second use of that yet ^^u
