If you follow the enslave Noah route you don't get sissified at all. You actually become more masculine. But that route doesn't have nearly as much content as the other routes

Alright, good to know. Either way it seems like I'll just avoid this game for the time being. I'll check in every so often and see if there's been progress in that route (or any other future masculine routes) down the line, but for now it's not worth it, I guess. Thanks for the clarification.

If there is no changelog, you can almost assure yourself it wasn't substantial. Hope the Dev finds the motivation to dig back into this again content wise.

It is possible if you play the "finished" routes to the end, like Master, Mistress and Self-Hypno. It occurs fairly late and I believe only for Master and Self-Hypno is it forced upon you.

the game gets substantial updates the dev just doesnt bother with changelogs for some reason
this update there was a whole path added/finished something about triggers
