The story starts with the protagonist Obara Shinichi laying down on his bed at night after a hard day of work, like always he works himself to the bone, leaving early in the mornings to only come back late at night, it is really tiring Shinichi thinks to himself, but still he is proud of it for that is how he became the general manager of the company he works for after years of effort, with that Shinichi really gives his all at the company, never showing exhaustion while in there, but when he comes home his body conditioned itself to show how much fatiguing the workload was, so Shinichi cannot do much at home beyond eating something quick and then going to sleep, sometimes not even bathing but doing that the next day when he prepares to go to work once again.

While thinking all that and introducing the reader to his story Shinichi starts hearing odd noises, he is almost asleep but these sounds are keeping him half-awake, Shinichi tries to focus a little more, he gets a better idea of his surroundings then, while still laid down he notices those noises were moans, from his wife Obara Nanao who is doing something Shinichi cannot believe, she is fellating her very own younger brother Nagashima Eisuke; Shinichi is in utter shock, refusing to accept what is happening there a mere palm distance away from him, but he keeps himself quiet and still to make it seem he is sleeping as usual. Nanao and Eisuke finish their ordeal, and by the way Eisuke says he is eagerly waiting for the next time very much confirms the siblings have been on this double immoral relationship for quite a while, Nanao worried looks at Shinichi’s way to confirm he is sleeping, he stands still so Nanao thinks he didn’t notice anything, but he did and now Shinichi sleeps in utter disbelief about this situation.

The following day Shinichi prepares himself to go to work, he is deep thought about happened last night, he is trying to reason if that was even real or a nightmare, he leaves his room and goes to the living room, there Nanao is the same as always, a sweet housewife who treats her husband with care, she greets him with a smile and prepares his breakfast, Eisuke is there as well, greeting his brother-in-law with respect and admiration, Eisuke sometimes drops by their house after college; Shinichi just greets them all normally, thinking about how normal everything looks despite what he witnessed last night, or thinks he did.

From there on Shinichi keeps spying on Nanano and Eisuke’s behavior at home, he will catch them on the act many times, what defines how the game unfolds is the player choosing to make Shinichi actually watch at distance the whole immoral acts between the brother and sister, or refusing to watch but with Shinichi still knowing what is going on.

The initial sex scenes has Nanao at least voicing out to Eisuke to stop advancing on her, but Nanao isn’t really doing to the same with her body since she isn’t pushing Eisuke away with all her strength, Eisuke in turn is very pushy, like a horny animal trying ravish his sister, while it is clear their bodies want it, Shinichi tries to endure as Nanao seems like a victim of Eisuke’s desires and she isn’t pushing him away because he is her dear brother, but still Shinichi’s dark thoughts are slowly infesting his mind, telling him those two are stabbing him in the back.

The boiling point comes when Shinichi witness the “true” affair between Nanao and Eisuke, until then they were basically at the foreplay stage, blowjobs and boobjobs, but now Eisuke pushed the barrier and penetrated Nanao there on top of the sofa, once again Nanao voices her rejection but her body does the opposite; Shinichi just spend the rest of the day in the kitchen drinking sake, trying to ease himself and think what to do, he notices it’s already night, he really drank himself for hours, his mind is a mess, his chest is hurting, at utter loss, at that point Shinichi also notices he is drenched in cold sweat, really, the man thinks to himself he might as well be losing it, it is time to sleep and calm down, he ponders about taking a bath first but choosing to sleep just like that furthers the game at the point where an important choice will actually appear.

Shinichi slept in cold sweat, the next day Shinichi wakes up earlier than usual, he doesn’t prepare himself to go work just yet, he just gets down the stairs to see what Nanao and Eisuke could be doing before the usual time he gets down already dressed for business, and to no surprise the siblings were at it on the sofa, early in the morning and Nanao seemed more into it than previously, Shinichi hurries back to his room and his state of mind falls to the desperation he felt the night before, that’s the final straw it seems, Shinichi lost it and now he must make a stand.

Ending 1 – Shinichi decided he should at least discuss things with Nanao first before taking any drastic measure.

Nanao is the woman he loved so much till now, Shinichi wants to talk things and maybe fix all this mess, but when he gets down again to talk with Nanao she was still at it with Eisuke, now Eisuke notices Shinichi is there and feels an air of superiority, Eisuke brags about being the one boning Nanao, he has her in his control, Nanao apologizes to Shinichi, she tried to stop her brother but couldn’t in the end, she keeps droning on about feeling sorry but keeps moaning while Eisuke doggy styles her, Shinichi then gives up on any chance of making up.

The narration now is all on Shinichi, he says a few days have passed after that last event, he freed his mind of any doubt and pain, steeling himself he asked for a divorce right away, Nanao was crying in desperation and Eisuke begged for Shinichi not to discard his sister like that, he would disappear from their lives forever so he pleaded him to forgive her, Nanao too proposed in tears that she wouldn’t even try to be worthy of being Shinichi’s wife anymore, taking her back as some sort of sex slave would be fine, she would then devote her entire being to him without hoping Shinichi would ever treat her as human being again; the siblings humiliating themselves before Shinichi did not deter him, he went through with the divorce and expelled them from his house.

Shinichi keeps narrating, while drowning himself in sake, about how he hopes for Nanao and Eisuke to rot away, they betrayed him and his good will, now Shinichi curses their names thinking about how their lives will be very hard without him to care for them, Nanao was a fulltime housewife, unlikely to get any job that could afford the same life she had with him and Eisuke is just a low profile student that had a part-time to pay for idle expenses, what's more is that they don't have parents to fall back on, their parents are implied to be dead; Shinichi honestly believes they are fucked, stating that their new small condo they live in currently is one month away from expelling them for not even being able to pay the rent anymore.

Drunk and malicious Shinichi keeps cursing inside his now solitary home, he even wonders for a bit if he should actually kill Nanao and Eisuke for what they did to him, but that’s only the musings of a hammered anguished dude, he doesn’t follow through. The game concludes with Shinichi warping himself to think his extremely tiring work actually paid off in the end more than his marriage life with Nanao ever did, realizing that his work at least got him to succeed in life as a manager while marrying Nanao only resulted in his heart being destroyed, and so he will work himself to death and after the day is over he will come back to an empty house to curse Nanao and Eisuke forever, THE END.

Ending 2 – Shinichi doesn’t get down the stairs to talk things out with Nanao, his mind just breaks and so he thinks everything between Nanao and Eisuke is a bad long dream.

Shinichi snaps, he pulls a whole Olympic of mental gymnasts to force himself to believe everything he saw Nanao and Eisuke do was just his imagination, and so he goes with his life just pretending nothing unusual is happening, till one day Nanao and Eisuke decide to have sex right there on the same bed as Shinichi, referring back to the beginning of the game where Nanao fellated Eisuke but being offput and scared that Shinichi might have woken up and caught her in the act, well now she is completely immersed in pleasure, fully wanting Eisuke inside her and so they heavily go at it, Nanao moans loudly and loses herself to pleasure wanting more and more, it reaches the point where she actually starts touching the sleeping Shinichi’s groin (he isn’t sleeping, but again pretending to be) as if trying to get him to participate, Shinichi drops his façade and screams at Nanao about how she can even do this to him, Nanao has now completely changed, she isn’t even surprised to see Shinichi was awaken all along, she doesn’t even care, she just goes back to focus her attention on Eisuke as he is giving her what she wants, Shinichi just gets up and sits on side of the bed, with his back turned on Nanao and Eisuke, utterly lost on what is happening with his life.

Months went by, Shinichi snapped and conditioned himself to think his work life is perfect, what Nanao and Eisuke are doing too is perfect, everything is all rainbows and roses, back at home after another tiring day Shinichi goes to bed and there he lies down, watching the now pregnant Nanao have intense love making with Eisuke, the broken Shinichi wonders what wonderful future lies ahead for them, THE END.

For God's sake, at that point MC could have just took the threesome option.

Well... this was a thing... It's an Appetite VN, so I already knew to avoid having any high expectations, but still, this feels kind of weak even for them.

Pretty typical cliché of improbably hot wife being sexually frustrated and ending up in the arms of another man because her husband has a low libido yada yada. Only this time, the other man is her younger brother that's loved her since forever because the two of them were orphaned when young and she basically took care of him for as long as he can remember. Nothing that special.

The story has two endings. Most permutations of choices lead to a divorce ending that basically leads to everyone being unhappy. Then one specific permutation of choices (as a poster before said, AABB and then on the new 5th choice, avoid confrontation), it leads to an ending where the husband discovers his cuck fetish and everyone is happy with the siblings continuing to practice as much incest as they want.

I'm not sure how accurate it all is, because this is one of the more mediocre Saikey translations, and it's either heavily edited MTL, or performed by someone with a poor grasp of the English language. There were at least a couple of spelling mistakes I spotted, so a human definitely had a hand in this... but beyond that, it's all up in the air. Not that I suspect we're missing out on much if the translation is not 100% accurate. It's not a very deep story, and the whole thing happens over a very short period of time.

In any case, I suppose I can give them points for having a divorce ending where things go bad for the wife and the guy that fucks her away from her husband, since usually it's just the cuck that suffers... but still. Mediocre. If you like the art style, might be worth a fap/schlick/whatever or two, but if you don't, feel free to skip, you're not missing out on anything particularly interesting even by Appetite standards.
