Thanks for answering. It's nothing major but I figured I'd just ask. I can continue redoing the settings whenever I replay scenes.

The WT is made by Trope himself.
The update is for the UI but also gallery. I would encourage Trope to also update the code to use the new system for characters and variables or that we incorporate the variable switcheroo not on the season 2 but in season 1. That would already make the process of importing old saves easier and if Trope uses the same "save import" as between Season 2 and 3 that would be even easier.
That would also make merging all three seasons as easy as copying them together and changing the "end of season" label to jump to next season.

For Season 1 there are several ways to install mods:
* Walkthrough mod doesn't exist. It's native to the game.
* The incest patch can be found in the game's thread here
* The choices mod (allowing you to change some of your choices) can be found in this thread OP, just as Nadira said.

But I have already mentioned why I'm confused. One single link consists of 3 files.
Part 1 named file seems to be the most obvious one but it is 1.8GB.. Not really a norm for mods.
I hope I was clear enough about my confusion.
Yeah,,, I was talking about the cheat+choices+WT... As WT the native, which file should I use?

The 1.8GB file is the complete Android game with the choices mod applied, not only the mod. Modding Android versions is hard without recompiling them.
If you want the mod for PC/Mac, it's the small zip files

All latest versions of all seasons of the game have the mod already included. Because of that, my patch only added an additional toggle to switch on/off the ipatch.
I can see why all the information can be overwhelming, so I removed all the links and Xmas tree deco info. Now, only the alternative textbox mod for season 2 is there and a short info that the mod is already included in the game.
If you want to play the happy family version, use the ipatch from the game's thread.

I just started the 3rd part and during the lake part quite early on between MC and Debbie she was like "I know you're not really family ..."
Did I miss something? I know about the cloning, but I also thought there was the family version or were they not related from the beginning and I just didn't notice it? It's been quite a while since I played it last and from what I remember it was always Mom, not Martha.

Have you installed the patch from the game thread and activated it by clicking the icon in the bottom left of the main menu?
If you don't have that button, the patch is not installed. If it says "Clones", click the button once and it should activate the patch.
Else, that might be a bug that Trope95 should have a look at.

As Riam says below, you need to install the patch and cycle the button in the main menu until it shows "Family" to be patched.

I'll investigate, but I'm pretty sure that I have the patch installed. I was at the end of part 2 yesterday and I remember that it still had the button, but now it's suddenly gone.

Copy the patch.rpy or patch.txt from the game folder of Season 2 to the game folder of Season 3 and the button should pop up again.

Alright, seems to work again now. I have no idea why it wasn't there just yet, I could've sworn that I copied the the necessary file, but now after extracting everything again it works.

The patch should be re-applied with every update (or season in this case) or it won't show the button and default to the Clones storyline (Patreon sucks).
