Yeah, I was an Atari 400 / Atari 800XL / Epson 8088PC (640k RAM & 20MB HDD) guy. Then, I had a friend that got me into Apple (I always bought used/surplus ones, because I couldn't afford the new ones), and I owned a Mac SE-30, then a Power Mac G3 AIO, then a Powerbook G3 ("PDQ"), then a Power Mac G4 ("Quicksilver") tower, then a series of several different Macbook Pros (I'm typing this on a 2021 14 inch M1 Macbook Pro).Does anyone still remember the days before Windows? When everything ran in DOS and programs were loaded from cassette tapes? ZX Spectrum is the ultimate teenager's dream.
Also, I'm a bean-counter by trade, so my memories are that before MS Excel, there was Lotus 1-2-3, and before that, there was VisiCalc...
